I hope, as a Ferrari fanatic, that everyone who contributed at Seb leaving the team he loved will pay for their actions, and for losing this incredibly warm-harted driver. He really loved the Scuderia since the very first day.
Especially since he was inspired by MSC from a young age, was sad news when I heard. He really loved Ferrari and it showed it's just too bad Mercedes were dominating so much he desered at least to win one championship with them 2018 was close.
@@prevenad Me too he deserves at another championship, even Michael himself said in a 2013 interview if his records were broken he would be happy if Seb did it. I also like Carlos as a driver but sad at the way Ferrari let go of him.
@@vitopolito6219 Let me remember you, as both Ferrari and Sainz supporter, but also Seb's tifoso, that Seb's got more than 50 F1 wins and 4 championship, and there's no parameter to see who's faster since they have never driven the same car
I remember the day I watched this video when first uploaded. I thought 4 times world champion will follow Schumacher's path and lead the team all the way. I was imagining a dream 5 years with championships. It ended up way different. This is sad. Anyway, thanks for all great driving for Ferrari. Grazie per tutto Seb
@@stario0736 same shitty excuse from every vettel fan. Neither did alonso have the best car. It was worse than sebastians Sebastian has the 2nd best car. Alonso had the 3rd or 4th best car.
@@kaustavkapur5532 "Alonso had the 3rd or 4th best car." No mate. He was racing with 10th best car. Alonso was the only driver that won three race in first half of the season. Seb won just one. Alonso was the driver that most podium finish in first half of the season. Seb was only two times, Bahrain(P1) and Great Britain(P3). Alonso was the driver that finished first half of the season with 164 pts. Seb was got 122 pts. The point difference was 40 pts. Clear lead. 2012 season's Ferrari's main problem was lack of qualifying pace. Just it. In the race pace Ferrari was second car with Red Bull in the first half. Mclaren was first. In second half, Red Bull solved their tyre, performance and chassis correlation issues. With that way, Sebastian won consecitive victories. In the final race at Brazil, even although that start chaos he was able to won the title just by 3 pts. Yep, shitty excuses. How was the cave-life ? Was it tough ?
@@kaustavkapur5532 Seb isn’t bad but Fernando is in another league. If the car is setup right for Fernando he can do wonders with it.Seb is used to the blown diffuser cars and there a specific way of driving the car which is much more different than modern cars and hence he often losses rear traction.
@@kaustavkapur5532 that people actually can believe that a 4 time World Champion is Bad is just ridicoulous. Of course you can argue that others are better and whatever but he definitely isnt bad.
I came back to feel again the expectations I had the dream of him coming and winning with Ferrari like Schumacher used to do. Because 5 years almost have past how he has done nothing yet with them and I am afraid to think less and less that it will ever happen. #KeepfightingMichael #NeverstopbelievingSeb #nevergiveup
I'm anything but a Sebastian Vettel Fanboy and completely agreed with everything Alonso had to say about him last year, however.. I feel that people have forgotten that he earned his seat at Red Bull through merit at Torro Rosso. He has been more fortunate than most with the cars he's had over the last few seasons but Lewis Hamilton was also rather blessed with a strong car at the start of his McLaren career and it took a few difficult years for him to truly mature as a driver and I think 2014 and the rebuilding at Ferrari will be good for Vettel's development and that he still may have his best actual racing (if not multiple titles) ahead of him. I am optimistic as a Ferrari fan that he can be an asset to the team.
Justin c Vettel is no Schumacher unfortunately, even though I've heard he brings much to the team of the track as well as on reaching Schumacher's qualities will take a lot of doing.
Alonso might have failed to win a title but still he left a big legacy for his successor. Only a talented 4 times WDC would be the one to carry such a weight on his shoulders without crumbling. But this time, Ferrari guys, you should give him a proper winning car, this is what we all want to see after a long time
Lets see, Alonso led most of 2010 and lost it because he didn't let Kubica back by at Silverstone after passing him off the track. Remember Kubica retired a few laps later. In 2012, he led the whole year then failed at Suzuka on the start. He was ~10 points total from 2 WC"s with Ferrari.
I doubt that Ferrari will be able to give him "a proper winning car", I think Alonso knew what he was doing when he left. So maybe they will return once, but probably not within the next years. Alonso knew the progress Ferrari has made over the Season. He drove the car, I think he must have felt that Ferrari won't be able to close the gap fast enough..
ToCGambler he was just unlucky, much like Alain Prost. But I concur Ferrari's stance against Prost back in 1991 the biggest mistake in the history of Formula 1. But unlike Prost, Alonso and Ferrari had an amicable divorce, they just saw they're wasn't any good prospect of having a good collaboration anymore. Still, we got a top driver which is good
Stuart Vaughan There's more to it then that. I felt like he only won 4 championships because of his car and I wanted him to join another team and have success with them also. Just because I hate RB doesn't mean I hate and love all drivers based on their car. I like car related teams and I like Sir Frank Williams. I don't really hate or love the smaller teams and I'm happy to have them develop other drivers. This doesn't mean on the other hand that I won't be cheering for Ferrari regardless of who is behind the wheels.
bblocker68 Yes I totally understand the concept. For example. Alonso. Lets say you're a Ferrari fan. Did you love Alonso when he was at Ferrari? Do you now hate Alonso because he's leaving? If the answer is yes to the latter, there's something very wrong with you. If no, good, then why should it be any different for Vettel?
Comunque grazie Seb!
If you are a ferrari fan then you will like Seb ,i didnt like him either when he was running for RBs but now why not hes talented he got the passion and now its time for his next title with his new team
Ti voglio bene
It feels like marrying the girl you hated, who would ruin your relationships and you'd constantly fight with. You felt passion. You tried to channel it the best way you knew how, because it felt so wrong, but it was really because you knew she was the one. And to a happy marriage with many championships to come. Welcome, Seb
ssssssssssssssssss50 Ferrari has officially stated that there has been some problems with Kimis car that wasn't on Alonsos. Since each car is handbuilt no car is like other.
***** the problem of kimi's car is that he couldn't drove in Fiorano for his test beacause Lotus frozen his contract up to 31 December 2013......and with Lotus contract he couldn't drove any Ferrari....and he couldn't elaborate his car!!and Ferrari really sucks this year!!hope a better season Go Kimi Go Seb and good Luck to Alonso :)
Car control just looks great! Definitely better than Massa. I think he pushes the front end a bit harder than average, as does Alonso. I hope he can get comfortable with the 2015 car though.
They keep showing the footage of buddy`s helmet?! WHY? No one wants to see his head!!! We want to see what he sees! Ferrari out of touch with reality! At least they are consistent!
Ur comment is very dumb the 2015 cars had nothing in common with the 2010 2011 2012 2013 cars these cars are hybrids and v6 engines the 2012 and 2010 Ferrari f1 cars were faster then the Red Bulls Vettel just was better then Alonso
E tutto cio' e' incredibile quanto affascinante.
Ferrari has both the drivers, what more do they want than Kimi and vettel, now they must create a championship winning car, which undoubtedly the will! I want to see kimi a champ again!
I now understand why Alonso was so slow. He was ordered to say hello to the fans in each lap. Imagine the time loss when this is done in tricky corner where fans are ususally located.
All depends of Ferrari 2015 car. Alonso is a excelent driver, also Sebastian, but if the car dont help, they cant do nothing, if the opositors are much more strong, like Mercedes was in 2014. Hope Ferrari can reach the top again.
In 2014 Ferrari's worst problem was PU not being powerful enough, aereodynamics was a minor problem, even if the chassis wasn't a good one either, in comparison with Meecedes and also Red Bull. The whole 2014 car was completely wrong from the start.
***** I'm a Ferrari fan too and I agree with you that Vettel needs a perfect car to win. That's exactly why I have strong hope. During the Alonso years, the Spaniard was able to make the car look far better than it was supplying to its weaknesses with his own qualities. So, as years passed by, designers, engineers and technicians began to relax more and more because "no worries, we have Alonso"; and the driver, at the beginning at least, was glad of this, because it made him look as the Ferrari Saver. But it couldn't last long. With the car getting worse and worse, with the best minds feeling overshadowed and running away from Maranello (i. e. Aldo Costa), with Alonso's teammate's needs almost ignored, there was no more cooperation and the team lowered to a point when Alonso himself could do little to achieve significant results. He felt betrayed by the team and started insulting them, but he had his own part of fault. Now, Vettel has come. He's enthusiastic about being at Ferrari because it's Ferrari and he looks keen to cooperate with the team. 2014 proved that Vettel needs a perfect car to win and everybody at Ferrari knows that. They know they cannot hide anymore: any results they will get from the track will tell the pure truth about the car's potential. Time for laziness is over: it's time for EVERYONE to work hard, in a sport where hard TEAM work is the one and only way to results.
