ONBOARD SUPER YACHT AXIS ! support vessel for Carl Allen and Viking Sportfish Frigate Walkers Cay. Axis is built with a steel hull and steel / aluminium superstructure, with composite decks. Powered by 4 x diesel Caterpillar (3512C TA) 1,118hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 16 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 22 knots with a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles from her 230,000 litre fuel tanks at 16 knots.
Axis is a motor yacht with an overall length of 55.3 m. The yacht's builder is Damen Yachting from The Netherlands, who launched Axis in 2016. The superyacht has a beam of 9.25 m, a draught of 2.65 m and a volume of 465 GT.
Axis features exterior design by Damen Yachting. Up to 12 guests can be accommodated on board the superyacht, Axis, and she also has accommodation for 9 crew members, including the ship's captain.
Axis has a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure. She is powered by 4 Caterpillar Inc engines, which give her a top speed of 16 kn. The yacht carries 230,000 litres of fuel on board.
