I love how you are "old school" and do not drag your newborn around town. I worked in a restaurant up the street from a hospital and so many people came straight from the hospital with their newborns to come and eat. They still had their hospital bracelets on. Even in the winter. I think this kind of common sense parenting is being lost. Mostly because people now do not want to listen to the older generation. I stayed at home with my little ones also who are now almost adults. They never had any of the "normal" childhood illnesses like strep of ear infections. You do an amazing job with your kids.

I love that you make it a point to step back and encourage your children's hobbies! My mom was the type of parent that was very low noise and no mess demanding so we werent allowed to experiment with much especially not in the kitchen. 😂😂

I love Aldi’s dried fruit! I also love zucchini in place of noodles, I made some chicken Parmesan in my air fryer a few weeks ago and served it over the zucchini! Soo yummy! I feel you on the holiday baking but I try to remind myself that Christmas only comes once a year so having a cookie or two when my kid (I only have a 12 year old) wants to bake, it’s okay to eat a cookie with him! Your children are very well mannered and absolutely beautiful, you guys are extremely blessed! I also admire your patience, my son drives me nuts at times. I’m a disabled mom to a kid with aspergers so it can be very challenging but I love him more than life itself so I have faith it’ll work out if we just keep pushing through! Finish Max really is the best dishwasher detergent. Also, look into installing a water softener under your sink. Hard water wrecks dishwashers.
