Yes, definitely, I didn't have the Starchrom back then for it, and I am trying to make a different build right now so I stuck to my mask. Dusk mask is good for better streamlined DPS and the Oasis Mask works really good if you have Shooting Blitz on your weapon.
Shooting Blitz is better if you're trying to get as much damage as possible from the Memento. It gives +4 seconds to FG duration and +15% weapon damage. Anything that gives stacks of damage for fast gunner is going to typically be for a different gun. You want "Three Strikes" mod on your pants. First 3 hits after reloading gives you +50% weakspot damage. For gloves, its a tossup between what you have (munitions amplifier) versus what im running "Weakspot Damage Boost - Precision" that has core effect of +25% weakspot damage. Your mod lets you do more damage all the time which is useful when youre fighting something that doesnt have a weakspot. Mine does more damage for weakspots.
I haven't been able to get Shooting Blitz drop for me, but that is the next one on my list. I found Three Strikes and Unstoppable yesterday, still trying out which ones I want, sadly it doesn't work the way I wanted it to work :( I prefer the gloves since they are flat DPS though your option is just a valid. No Weakpoint enemies are a total shitshow for the Memento anyway, no matter what you slot in, hence I'm trying to find a suitable secondary gun to help counter the times where you don't have weakpoints available or where they are hard to hit.
I personally think the Dusk Mask is better for more consistent DPS. Oasis works as well, but I would highly recommend to only run Oasis with the Shooting Blitz mod so that you have a realistic change to stack Fast Gunner high enough.
Question , wouldnt it be more efficient to run 3 Piece scout for the Weapon & Tactical item DMG +20% when not spottet by enemys ? Doesnt this give you 20% more damage? for the sacrifice of reload speed
That is definitely worth taking for farming/hunting Strongholds, as most enemies can be one tapped there allowing for a more sneaky approach. For Boss fights you won't get the damage bonus though.
where are you getting all this starchrom from, swear i'm doing everything i can yet people have thousands and im on 400 odd after buying 2 bps. baffling
I can make a video, though imho it's a quick one: Seasonal rewards Stellular Planula Shop Rewards from Surveys/Compensation Friend Points Shop Prime Wars first clear Some quests Weekly Purification (only do Lvl 3 when possible) I think those are all the options.
Hi can you make comparison Pistol damage between DE.50 Jaw Vs R500 ?? I heard the unstable bomber is hurt but i want to see comparison between this two gun
I don't have the Jaws myself, ocne I have enough Starchrom I can slap together a build and see how it goes. It definitely has been toned downed compared to CBT though.
@@Wilky Thanks, currently I'm using the hammerdshark pistol it's cool too see electric effect I want make my character using weapon that looks like Gantz:O 😁
When i enchanced my mod,it's keep upgrading on ammo cap. Now i have 8 bullets memento built. The fast gunner triggered like crazy but damage still slightly lower than yours tho😂
hey man good build .. mine is kinda similar .. im running 3 pieces renegade, 2 pieces bastile and im running the dust mask which has 50% chance when triggering fast gunner to load another bullet ... imo thats better then the mask ur hving since 2 pieces of bastile gives u also reload speed
I was also thinking about the bastille set but didn't have enough Starchrom back then haha. I plan on changing the mask alltogether after the next stage when I have enough Starchrom to try a different build. Your mask is way better though, especially since it helps to counter the double ammo consumption of the Memento
I would have to test that or see someone test it. The biggest issue I have is the super whack description of it. In the best case you'd get a 30% mag increase, which would be 2-3 bullets at most, which isn't bad but I don't think it'll outweigh the other set effects or the possible bonus from a key armor. It should be viable, probably not BiS, but that is really just guessing on my point.
@@BestGamingShortsYT I think if you have a generally decked out build you will outshine the majority of people. Alot of them just copy builds without understanding the gameplay behind it or just half-ass it by copying some items and then end up with sub par damage builds. Mine isn't fully optimized either because I prefer overall performance but it serves me well in any content so far. The obvious downside against no Weakpoints is there but that can be bypassed with another gun (Which is why I paired it with the Doombringer)
Hard to say since I am on a PvE Server, the only PvP I do is during the cargo scramble event. But if you have good aim it should be viable, but very situational and dependant on your aim.
A few things come to mind: What cradle buffs do you use? Do you have the precision calibration on? I used Steel Ammo in the video. Other than that it may just be the substats on the mods. The rest is as shown.
How much worse is this build than sharpnel or unstable bomber? (I am assuming it's worse or else everyone would've used it and shut up about sharpnel) I don't want to follow the meta because sharpnel is boring and I play only PVE, but I also don't want to struggle with hardmode bosses.
I uploaded my fight against Arachsiam as well as a Silo run, we will get Pro mode tomorrow, I will be able to tell you IF and how good the build will perform there. As far as hard mode goes, I cleared all Silos and Monoliths alone as well as cleared all prime wars with 1,2k points. Both Shrapnel and Unstable Bomber are easy to use, point your gun in the general direction of the enemy and fire. They were also broken in the beta, but have been nerfed since. If you have good and reliable aim, you should have no issues in hard mode content with the Memento
You can only "farm" them via events, but doing all events, quests, completing comissions, morphic crates gives you plenty imho. The one time purchases from the shop as well.
If you have the capacity to farm the crystals to continiously use them yes, I personally don't think it's worth it, I'd rather stack foods or work on polishing up mods. It's an option for when you need the extra fire power(maybe nightmare mode)
Yes and No. I think the Fast Gunner works better with the MG because you benefit from both the fire rate and damage. However, the weapon decides the "perk" you are using, and Memento is using Fast Gunner, not the other way around. Maybe we will get the ability to swap the item stats later down the line to truely make our own builds.
You can also opt in for bastille/scout combos, but Renegade is still king for Weakpoint damage, especially since Archers Focus doesn't decay unless you switch enemies all the time.
