Here is my Hammond H-100 played live for a change. "Once in a while" & "Stardust" are based on the Klaus Wunderlich arrangements found on the album "Swing & Happy Evergreens" with accordionist Hubert Deuringer, (apart from Klaus' versions are played note perfect! :)

Thank you Konrad, one of my favourite Klaus albums is "Swing & Happy" with Hubert Deuringer. Both the duets and Klaus solo recordings are amazing. Nicely played. I happen to have a decent set of headphones which can easily handle deep bass, and it sounds like you have a 16' & 8' setup that sounds so rich and fabulous. Many thanks!

Thanks Daan, I was trying out my new mixer interface for my phone. The H100 was just recorded directly into the phone & I was really pleased with the sound quality, hopefully I can do some more now that it works. Best wishes. Bill

... again two great songs = I love this performance 👍👏😍; I have a little hint: for my taste it sounds better with a little bit more rotation for the organ sinus sounds and perhaps a little bit warmer organ drawbars, I mean here sounds the drawbars a little bit to dry & hard, more softly sounds better 🤔, but thanks for this nice clip 🙏😉 greetings from north germany 🇩🇪🙋‍♂️🎹🎼🎵🍀🐶

Hi Dietmar, thanks for your comment, I was actually trying for the early Klaus sound from his Hammond C3 / M100 days. Those organs didn't sound quite as warm as the H100 when played straight through a speaker instead of a Leslie "rotary" cabinet. I'll try and do another authentic H-100 upload again soon. Very nice playing😀. I also own a Hammond H100. How do you create the percussion sounds on the upper manual (none of the percussion tabs are pressed)? Greetings from Switzerland.

Hi Alfred, On the left side of the upper manual there is a silver box. This unit generates the percussion sounds from the Hammond B3/C3/A100. I can use them independently as on this recording or combine them with the H100 percusssion to give some interesting combinations. Best wishes Bill

@@billtus Thank you, Bill, for your answer. I modified the percussion section of my H100. I have now 4', 2 2/3' and 1 1/3' percussion tabs, which are much better than the original percussion sounds! Best wishes Alfred
