Elsa and jefferson were not villains all they wanted was their remaining family members. Jefferson wanted his daughter back because regina exiled him to wonderland before the curse was cast and elsa wanted to find her sister.

Jefferson might have been a villain but his daughter was held hostage by regina so he would work for her and after he did what she asked regina still separated the two of them not once but twice. I do like your video and i have a villain suggestion king george from the first season. His actions were villainous too. He had rumple kidnap a child so he had a heir that one died so he had rumple force the dead ones identical twin to take his place and tried to force charming to marry his dead twins fiance by threatening to kill his mother and later snow.

Mad hatter wasn't villain, his love for his daughter forced him to do so, his heart wasn't evil, he tried to explain to emma, but she didn't trusted him, he had, no other option, he even wanted a life without magic, but regina forced him to use his hat and then he lost his daughter.

Did I saw Jefferson/Mad Hatter? For me he's not a villian, at least at the point where I am in the series. A little psychotic though, just like a Mad Hatter should be.
I don't view him as a true hardcore villain, but he did held snow hostage, drugged emma and tried to kill emma and snow and that to me is a little villainous...
