I have personally gone there and trust me value for your money ….you are not just paying for a beautiful house….security, water electricity 24/7 and great amenities……we really take those things for granted ….I feel it’s like it’s okay ….

@@SO-xi6vm I'm saying it's overpriced because I've seen units going for 45k and they are miles ahead of this. Mirema has a 37k unit that's gated with paved cabro and children's play area. There's also a 45k units somewhere in Kasarani that's just on another level. Just look around, this unit is good but it's not upto the 40k level yet.
