It may sound like some hippie nonsense, but there's real science to the fact that setting goals not only helps keep you on track, but actually makes you more likely to hit those goals. And in my opinion, I find this to be the truth.
I'm going to be a little esoteric here, but if you really wanna achieve success, I highly suggest trying not only setting goals, but setting very specific goals.

Sorelle I was your follower in other channel for many years now, but somehow lost touch. I was a teenager inspired by you to travel. Thanks to the Universe I was able to travel as I always wished to. And now years later when I'm in a good place in life in all aspects (again thanks to Universe) I found this channel and I couldn't remember where I knew you from. 16 years back as a little kid i cut pictures from a few interior design and lifestyle magazines and stuck in a "dream book", following in the footsteps of my mom who had her own scrapbooking hobby. A months back while dusting the attic, i found my "dream book" and was simply astonished to see, every picture that i stuck of my dream house, my sofa(even the color of the sofa), my TV, my car, my watch, my clothes that I wear, everything was right there. Somehow unconsciously all those images had gotten stuck in my sub consciousness and I had bought them into life one by one sub consciously, its amazing!!!

Here are my 10 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..👇🏾 1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your core. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember. 2. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Every time you feel a negative thought coming on, make a positive spin on it right away. 3. Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It's easy to blame others however you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us. 4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life. 5. Remember that like attracts like so you get back whatever you put out, whether it is good or bad. So do good AND received good. 6. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals. 7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams. 8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires. 9. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don't let them drag you into their misery. 10. Don't be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe. The other day I was looking at a pamphlet for some nice houses since I would love to own one eventually. Then almost threw it away. When I was about to chuck it I realised why vision books works. If I had chucked it , I wouldn’t think about how can I pay that house, it would be just a passing thought. Don’t chuck away your dreams

This is really inspiring. I feel like I'm just getting my life started at the age of 28, I spent too much of my early 20's with little direction but I've come across Jordan Peterson back in 2018 and now your channel just recently. I love this idea! I honestly didn’t even think about a book format rather than a board. I’ve tried making vision boards before but something just didn’t feel right. Definitely going to try a book instead. I love that there’s more room to play and explore in a book, and that it’s more private and personal, somehow.

I did a vision board about our future home, when I started to look apartments to buy one. The focus of the board was a round table in the midle of the room with a big window, light coming in. The first picture about the flat we recently bought was a kitchen with a round table, plenty of light. I realised this just after we bought it. This picture was in my mind for years..

I love this. I've started something similar and I find its helping me gain a lot of clarity - I'm a very visual person so this sort of bird's eye view of what I desire makes it easier to create the systems to move in a specific direction. I've always added a small vision board to the first pages of my bullet journal but felt like it wasn't enough space or it would get lost because each journal only lasts me 6 months. Thank you for this guide! I'm a private person so having a huge vision board didn't really work for me, and 'a book' is already an attractive enchanting concept (I love my bullet journals, daily writing notebooks and I already call them that all 'books' on their title page). So it's a great idea that helps the same way vision board does but lets you keep it to yourself. And change locations comfortably as well. So thank you Sorelle, this video has been a great help to me!

Hey Sorelle, I really love this. I was reminded a few months ago that I used to do this all the time as a kid/teenager, this was a little sanctuary in the form of a book, and I forgot all about it. I do this, I've created these books for about 7 years now, but I've never left empty pages between for writing about the goals. I'm definitely going to adopt that practice. I also "read" my book everyday and also have had about 80% of the stuff in these come true. It's a very powerful practice.

This is the first time I've ever heard of the idea of a vision book which is entirely different from journaling. My vision book has always been in my mind but there must be something about putting it down in the form of paper and being able to actually revisit it that gives the concept A greater value. Good point about goals being in a book vs on a board. I have just been looking at a notebook from 2 years, ago in which I wrote down my life goals for the year and none of them came true because I didn't look at that page again! I'd forgotten I'd even written them.

From personal experience I can say this works. I made my book years ago and my categories were Spiritual, Intellectual, Physical, Financial, and Social. I made it as my phone screen, the one before I unlock it - so I had to look at it every time I pick up the phone. Love the concept and I guess it is now time to swap some things in there as most of this pictures are already in my reality
