1.5oz Rye or Bourbon
0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Bitters (optional)
1 Egg White
(Dry shake & Wet Shake)
Old Fashioned :
2oz Bourbon
1tbsp Maple Syrup
3 Dashes Bitters
Orange Peel
(Stir & Serve)
