it was quite painful seeing Dexter and Sylvie's relationship being so rocky with their tiny little baby. they seemed to be fighting about everything and dexter is even working for Callum at his coffee shop now and seems to be really trying. Emma's book is out!! WOOHOOOO way to go girl. so proud. I love that he called her, even if she was busy and couldn't come over, I really enjoy the sweet moments where they think of each other. but SYLVIE. how dare you. I shocked myself at being right and while I want dex and Emma together, of course, I can't help but be so upset and angry at Sylvie for doing that instead of just breaking up. ughhhh, here's to hoping he already knows by the next episode! 🩶

You can tell Emma and Dex are in a great place in this episode which makes it hurt more that they can’t be together! The next episodes are the best of the series. They are full of emotions and brilliant acting :)

did you change your mind now about the kiss at the wedding (Ep. 10)? When I watched the show the 1st time I didnt bother much about the fact that Dexter was engaged at this point and they (Dex and Em) still kissed. Because I knew that they are meant to be together , 1 in a million. So I kinda anticipated that Dex' engagement was more a temporary thing. But I watched a lot of reactions and lot of female reactors were like "omg He cant do that, he's engaged and becoming a dad". I had basically separation anxiety whenever Dex and Em were not together on screen in any episode lol 😅😅 Yes, at the end of the Wedding Episode (10) they have a friendship reunion. But that kiss....oh boy...was NOT a friendly kiss. In fact that was the First kiss since Episode 1. So thats 10 (TEN) years ago. Isn't that crazy? 😮

I understand why they kissed and what that kiss meant, however, I just feel like if you're engaged with a child on the way and you're kissing your best friend of like 10 years, that's unacceptable. especially because that kiss wasn't just a simple friendly kiss but one that meant A LOT. the events of what happens in this episode are absolutely not okay either, but it doesn't make it okay that he kissed Emma behind Sylvie's back either. it's just an unfortunate situation that hopefully gets resolved in the way we all want! 🩶

By the way, I feel really bad that we got you to watch Young Royals just after One Day because they have equally made me sob for hours - both shows - and they also have simillar push and pull relationships. Oh, they also have the class thing in common.
