I was so upset and disappointed by dexter in this episode however, it quickly turned to feeling so deeply for him and his situation. he's going though a lot and just handling it in the absolute worst way possible. the situation that makes me angry is him not wanting to spend the time that he has left with his mom, with his mom. he wants to spend it out doing things for his career and such and that was upsetting me a lot. I do love that his dad took his keys and gave him that tough love, even if it was a bit much to me. he needed to hear some of those things. my heart SHATTERED during that phone call watching him break down, ugh. I, of course, want the best for Emma and hope that things go okay with Ian!! 🩶
