I have been involved in the paving bussiness for the past 47 years and Yours is the best of this kind of repair 'i have ever seen..Some by us use drain oil in their seal coating. So how much per sq. ft . would this cost. ?
I just sealed a driveway like 3 days ago the lady did not pay me because she said she could see the stripes lines from the squeegee when I finished applying the product on the driveway. Honestly I made the driveway 100x better then how I first saw it.
You can see the marks on this video also from the squeegee. Should be something you preface before doing the job as it's always going to look like that. Also take half payment up front before doing jobs.
Generally courts don't like it when people don't get paid for work. The workmanship like standard is fairly low unless your contract specifies the precise quality. If that is her complaint she is going to loose for sure.

Yeah, either crap editing or crap vid planning (or intentional exclusion of proprietary /trade secret? details). Talks about the cracks twice & shows guys filling them, but no explanation of what they were filled with!!!
It’s not hard at all. I sealcoating driveways and parking lots for a living. The edges are the only tricky part when starting out, but if you tape the pavers(if any) you won’t have a problem. I also suggest wearing a pair of kleets to avoid making, and having to take out all of the footprints 👣.

This stuff is kinda expensive, I can get my current driveway resurfaced with 2" thick asphalt for cheaper than this product costs. Is there any advantage to this over just having a driveway resurfaced with asphalt?

Depends on lots of different variables! How much prep work do you have? What the cost of the product you will be using? Do you have to pay per an hour for someone to help you? How much do you want to profit per an hour? Any supplies or tools? It's hard to put a flat rate number on it when each project differs so much and you might be using different product than ours.

Hello! While sealing asphalt, we fill in the cracks with our asphalt repair first and then do another coat of our asphalt repair over the whole surface. This method fills the cracks and provides an even, seamless look once finished.
Just a piece of advice from someone who used to sealcoat professionally. Don't hire anyone to do your driveway who doesn't mix sand in with a properly agitated tank that sprays. Also, never hire a professional who doesn't invest in a hot crack sealer that pours 400f ruberized sealant into the cracks with a bander. All cracks should be cleaned and dried, preferably using a router or at the least a wire brush machine.

I don't want to see what the product looks like after you install it come back in one year and then take a video let's see what the cracks look like then then I will be convinced

@@LeggariProducts Thats good marketing... When homeowners ask why you are spraying water to promote adhesion tell that.. last time i checked asphalt was made of bitumen.. unless you are using bitumen for your coating you are coating with a latex based eco friendly low Voc product ..aka paint.
