I was the much-awaited only girl after 3 boys and you were the much-awaited only boy after your sisters! We were cribmates in the nursery daw! lol. If I were to compare the lechon from Cebu and Negros, definitely I'll go for Negros. Hindi sya maalat at malasa talaga lalo na yung may dahon nang libas. Rock on Chef. Sarap lagi manood ng vlog mo.
yes dahon ng libas is very authentic in Negros.Ang sarap ng lechon with libas,maasim asim ng konti,perfect with liver sauce or the famous of all sarsa in Negros is Delmonte catsup.hindi nakakaumay.Negros lechon is the best basta.

My mom used to cook shredded chicken corn asparagus soup w scrambled eggs and a little of cold water with corn starch or clear soup ,as long as there is asparagus in can, its so yummy, malinamnam. Chinese na Chinese ito, which usually cooked at home. (If not chicken, crab like u did) Thank u Chef JP.

I see oldie Vision pot. Kakamiss ang lechon. I miss the lemongrass smell sa lechon and that salty crunchy skin from Bukidnon. And yes!!! Ribs with the all the flavors.
