Totoo! I tried cnt and zubuchon pero mas masarap pa yung lechon na nasa tulay lang sa Bacolod. Mas okay din yung lechon na nasa catering galing ng Silay :D mas masarap timpla nila sa lechon
@@JoanEvangelista Hmmm, depende parin my dear, the best Cebu lechon are the ones that are made by the locals, yun sa backyard lechunan, yun mga taga barrio at probinsya ng Cebu and not those that are sold by restos like those you've mention. Kasi if you order in any of the run-of-the-mill restos claiming to sell "authentic" Cebu lechon, trust me, hindi ganun ang totoong lasa ng Cebu lechon. Again, order from the locals and not in restos. 😊♥️

Im not a food vlogger, not that rich, but i must say swerte ako kasi naranasan ko na tumira at mag immerse sa culture aa Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao. Tried the lechon from la loma, Visayas (Bacolod and Cebu) and now im residing in Davao wherein lechon is affordable din ☺️

Sa Cebu Chef, minamasssage namin yong asin inside and out. We put a lot of lemongrass, garlic and spring onion.Yong sawsawan namin ay suka, toyo at onion.
