It's on my list to do a video like that sometime when I'm back in the US and not making videos while traveling. I have a bunch of ideas for videos I'd like to do, but don't have the time to focus on them while I'm traveling and filming new content. So that could definitely happen sometime in the future.

When I visit Anafi I always pay €20 per night for a great room with a terrace outside overlooking the port . I think this is because the owner calls me a friend because I once did her a favour. She probably charges other people more than that.

Great video my friend. You should also visit and video-record the views from the church of Panagia Kalamiotissa on top the mountain of Kalamos. I am not referring to the monastery but a small church at the very top, it really has a great view. For your information this white mountain is actually a single rock (monolithic) limestone and is considered the second largest rock in the Mediterranean after the one in Gibraltar, although i would argue the largest since it is actually taller than the one in Gibraltar. There are also some interesting caves on the sides of this mountain, but they are very dangerous to visit, seriously don't try it unless you are with a local. Last, another side note, Anafi doesn't have a single snake (i don't know about the rest of the reptiles), since it can't survive there.

I have a hankerin' for some Greek food after watching that awesome back-to-back-to-back compilation of your dinners. It was good to see some actual people at the end of your video at the concert which sounded new-agey to me (I'll have to get out one of my old Oregon albums). Kudos also for wanting to fetch that floating plastic bottle out of the water, 'cept it was tied to the fishing net. That would be a first for a travel video (or a music video, or practically any youtube video for that matter) to see someone recycling. You're an 'influencer,' Gabriel, so if you do ever find yourself recycling a stray bottle or can while you're out and about I hope you'll capture that on camera, too. This video and others from your warm weather travels are great ones to watch on the train ride home in January ... and February ... and a good chunk of March.

I went to Greece in Sept of 1976, beautiful country, one of my favorite island was Mykonos..I also loved Santorini, and up into the hills was a place we stopped over at was called Anahova, not sure of the spelling..But it was a beautiful place, not well known back then..But we stood at adorable little hotel overlooking the mountains..Back then Greece wasn't as tourist as it is now..All the young people, like myself at that time wanted to go to Greece..The Beatles, Joni Mitchell and few other rock bands, were drawn to Greece..It was the place to go back in the 70's....I can never forget our trip to Greece, it was so beautiful! Looks like after all those years past, Greece is still beautiful. The weather at that time of year is just perfect too!

If you're going to Crete next, stay in Chania if you can, such a beautiful town and there is SO much to see in every direction around. Not to mention the Samaria gorge and the best beaches in Greece and amazing hiking. Crete is stunning.

It is written ΛΙΜΑΝΙ in Greek capital letters. Λ is the Greek letter for the English letter L. so it's LIMANI not AIMANI.

Partly because I had seen this video, I went to the tiny taverna (22:05 to 22:45) recently. I can't remember it's name. They only had a few dishes, but different to the usual ones and it was very good and incredibly cheap.

I've just viewed this video again. Since you filmed it, things have changed at the port. They have built a new marina and that must have changed the currents in the sea so the beach you went to is no longer there - the sand has been moved alongside the road. That is what I have seen on photos and other videos anyway as i haven't for the last 2 years. I am hoping to go back this year, ferries permitting

My videos are always posted very soon after they were filmed, within a few days. So whatever the upload date is below the video, that's pretty close. So this one was filmed in early September.

Steve Goo im simply saying we need to minimize our traveling and electricity usage because the more oil or natural gas that has to be dug out of the ground to fuel our cars, planes, or electricity leaves less oil or natural gas underground to lubricate the earths plates hence more earthquakes

There are camping laws but like most laws in Greece, they are more like guidelines..November though is a cold month in Greece. I would be worried more about that than any laws.

Camping can be a bit tricky, you would need to know where it's okay to camp. Most beaches you wouldn't want to camp on because there would be random people around. So you need to know about the secluded beaches that are good to camp on. Also there are campgrounds you can stay at, which you can find out about online or in a guidebook if you do some research. However as the other person commenting above said, November is a different story. The tourist season basically ends at the end of October, and even in October things can be very quiet. So in November things will be very quiet, a lot of restaurants and hotels will be shut down, there will be very few tourists and also the weather will be more unpredictable. It might be warm but it also could be cool, overcast and possibly rainy. Depends a lot on where you're going. Either way I wouldn't plan to camp in November. The good news is that accommodation will be cheaper. Have you already decided which islands you're going to? I'd say Crete is probably your best choice for November because it's further south and will be warmer, and also I think it has more of a local population so there will be more places open.
