Man from Japan visiting Morocco for the first time, girl from Morocco taking him to college students hangout and areas with branded coffeeshops, pizzahut and McDonald's, it's not a teenagers date from a K-Pop coming of age series for Morocco's sake 😂 Anyway
@@the180degreerule3 nah she was trying to take him to modern places to show that we are a developped country and not only a traditional one i would have done the same
@Alberto Almeida he's not honest, no one asked him to pretend or say anything it shows only what kind of jerk he is that's all we don't use such behavior to make video's. But i should blame those polite young girls that didn't learned how to put such kind of jerks into their place !
I don't think that was a bullet train , actually thats a normal speed train(160km/h) .The bullet train would be the one behind u in 1:22 and its top speed is 320km/h and goes to tangier 😊 love ur vids 👍
@@zely9449it does You literally saw the gray-silver aerodynamic-shaped bullet train in the background on the other side of the platform, with green-red stripes
0:33 George trying to speak in French is so funny 😂😂😂, but it's okay honestly it's a difficult language to learn, I am glad it's my native language. 2:58 Leonidas !! It's a famous Belgian chocolate factory ^^ I am curious to try the snails one day 😁 Your subscriber is so cute, a lovely lady 😍. Thanks for the video George, love Marocco from Belgium ^^
Actually sneals soup is one of the most delicious dishes, the one you ate is a little bit undercooked, so if you still in casablanca you can retry it in the Medina. Welcome to Morocco 🇲🇦 and have a great trip
“I love Morocco - it’s a real challenge to all five senses. You think you know something, and you don’t. It’s wonderful. It keeps you on your toes that way.” Welcome to Morocco buddy.
Medina! For the Brazilian followers that watched O Clone we all remember ''arrastar a care pela Medina!" hahaha I just admire how brave and open you are to new experiences, George. At snail's parts I was dying. The funny thing is that I love their ''cousins'' with similar textures like squid, octopus, shellfish, scallops (I never tried this one but seems extraordinary) and oysters. May the next episode be a better experience hahaha
OMG!!! I think this is my favorite video so far!!! Your subscriber was awesome!!! She started with a place with a lot of very famous places to eat and then gave you what you asked: a Moroccan's experience!!! Cookies, soup and the best one: snails!!! This was the first time I saw you desperated 😬 and I couldn't stop laughing about the walls' color 🤭🤭🤭
Glad you enjoyed it, Morocco has lots of magnificent places, if you still here I advice you to go visit "Agadir" or "Ifrane" those are beautiful cities, you're gonna love the landscape there 🤩🤩🇲🇦🇲🇦
Ur subscriber did a pretty good job helping u out around the city. Hats off Kenza and best of luck with ur studies. Bet u're an excellent student 😉👍🏻 courage ma belle 😘
You killed me laughing when you ate the snail, your reaction was very funny 😂😂😂😂😂.I am from Casablanca, and alone among my siblings who do not like it 😂😂😂 but there are many people who adore it ❤❤. It was pleasure to know our culture🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦 ❤❤🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦and nice to meet you again George!
Morocco and Japan have two things in common: 1) Japan(nippon) is the rising sun country while Morocco in Arabic is named Maghreb, the kingdom of dawn( setting sun) in English. 2) we both have really old reigning families.
People seem so smart there, that's wonderful I wonder about the proportion of Morrocans that actually eat snails, if they enjoy the taste, or whether it provides any benefits at all their dry pastry actually reminds me of some food eaten at breakfast in northern Brazil. I never understood why we have such dry food either. But you grow a passion about it over time, the more you experience, i'd say. Finally, I noticed that some woman wear burqa while others none Yeah, i posted lot of observations, cuz i know locals might watch this. Such interesting video!
i would say that snail soup is pretty popular in Morocco and a staple street food, and it taste delicious for us. I don't know about the benefits, but since the broth is made with a ton of spices, it might be good for the inmune system in the winter. as for the women, i think you meant hijab since the burqa is the one that hides the face. is not that common, although you may find some who use it. But don't be fooled by the media, in morocco you'll see women wearing whatever they want, some cover while others don't
you kill me with how honest and direct you are when you don't like something you tasted! I couldn't stop laughing . I will be curious to see how the different people from the different cultures react to your candor! LOL I loved Morocco when I visited. Amazing food. See if you can try Pastilla - it is so unique. it is savory and sweet at the same time. I had pigeon pastilla when I was there.
Amazing vlog. I think you have to visit Chefchawen and Tanger in The north of Morocco. And you visit Sahara Merzouga in the east sud. Welcome my brother George to Morocco 🇲🇦❤️🇯🇵 Edit: I just watched your video in AGAFAY desert. But it is different from MERZOUGA desert 😂
Hello Goerges, I hope you enjoy your stay so far in Morocco, it's a good idea to see subscriber, Moroccaans are welcomig and more freindly. Snails and your reaction are wonderfull hahahaha.
Hi! Welcome to Morocco 🇲🇦, i’m here just to tell you that the train that you took is not the bullet train, the one that you took is the ordinary train and the « first class » all the Moroccan’s nether rich or poor can took it 😂😂😂 so you have to search more and get the exact informations, wish you a good stay and i recommend the north of Morocco too you will like it for sure 🎉🥰
😂😂😂😂 omg the snail part has me laughing SO hard. it's one of my favorite things to eat 😂 kenza is a beautiful name and girl MashaAllah ❤️ thank you to you both
That guy who said "no camera" he only said that cz it's his very personal opinion, in public places it's perfectly legal to record anything and everyone in Morocco(for example if you had asked "why is it illegal?" he'd go "no, b-b-but.." and then invent an excuse lol) Edit: That said, nice videos ✌️
For the traditional moroccan patisries the one you tasted it destinated to public not always using some expensive ingredients and not perfectly made as it should be you should taste those carefuly made it cost more but it's so nice in term of taste ✌
Bro You looking for chafchawn it's northern city in Morocco included a beautiful place with the blue and white colours I told you that cuz you thought those images by rabat city but they actually exist in entire city of chechawn in Morocco
2:18 OMG bro you took the wrong train that wasn't the bullet train (it's the white one next to yours) haha , also that wasn't the first class seat lol next time ask around :p
George was disappointed Morocco was a modern urban city with a mall and Domino's Pizza. Good cultural reset for those (me included) who only think of a Disneyland version of the far away places.
you can still find that Moroccan cultural stuff you just have to search for it , but this rabat , the capital city , Just like the US for example , If you're looking for cowboys and country music , you'll visit Nashville not Washington....
Nunca comeu escargot no restaurante Saizeriya? Gostei mais do sabor do tempero do que do próprio caracol. haha Eu experimentei pela primeira vez nesse restaurante, quando morei no Japão há 10 anos atrás.
Hey George, the train you took is not a bullet train , the one that was behind you In the begging is the bullet train called Al Boraq , just so you know
I'm Moroccan, people here eat snails and it's normal, my family does too but I never dared to, I know it's safe and clean especially when it's overcooked but I can't imagine eating that type of insect honestly it's been 17 years and never tried it.
That's not the TGV or the bullet train equivalent of Japan. That's one of the oldest trains still in service. I hope you enjoy Morocco more and more you seem to be a really nice guy which is no surprise for a Japanese dude 🙂
Welcome to Morocco your second country I am glad that you are visiting our country We hope that your holiday goes well. We welcome everyone. By the way I advise you to visit the city of Ifran nicknamed the Switzerland of Morocco❤️🇲🇦Snail soup is very good for health because we Moroccans put a lot of herbs in it😇😊And do not forget to attend the Club World Cup in Tangier and Rabat. I am very excited that Real Madrid will play with Al-Ahly of Saudi Arabia
only the moroccans can eat the snails and drink the soup , 😂😂 Tbh I ve never seen a stranger eat it when they came to Morocco 😂But the moroccans love it
You didn't get on the bullet train george!! You got on an old electric train 😅 the bullet train is the one that was behind you when you was on the platform
Wait a minute-so, in Japan, people are chowing down on タガメ and you’re making a big deal about eating _snails?_ Such drama! 17:54 And then you couldn’t taste it at all! Completely ridiculous! 😂(I’ve had snails a few times and the experiences was so unremarkable, I can barely remember them-it wasn’t like I especially liked them or disliked them. I didn’t freak out about it-I figured it was like eating “land versions” of clams or oysters.)
