I have been trying hard to lose weight, I was at 67 KGs when I started, I got it down to 63.05 KGs after regular workouts, the workouts I was following were not affecting me properly, just 3 days ago I discovered your channel, I did this 1000 steps workout for two days (first day 40 mins, next day 60 mins) and 3rd day I did your one dumbbel workout and I lost 800 gms of weight! This has been amazing, your workouts actually help people burn calories unlike other channels who just put " burn 500 calories " as a clickbait! Can’t wait!!! Your one dumbbell workouts are brutal! I do them at least 1-2 times a week for quick and effective session that will leave me in pain for the next few days! Haha 👍
O agree. They are brutal. I compound the exercises with a 15lb weight vest. The combo leaves me breathless and extra sweaty, oh, and did I mention sore?
Oh, my goodness, this was sooooo hard but good! I did it with my oldest son who is trying to get back into shape. We were dying but felt amazing and accomplished when we finally completed it. So well done, thank you, Hoy.

Yes! this workout was 🔥. My goal was to do all the reps with good form. Wow rhe push ups withe the pull through got me, so I did kneeling instead. Amazing full body workout. I'm glad this w/out went by quickly 🙂 I really tried to keep up with you! but i had to go low impact on some like the clap push up burpee. That being said "great w/out" 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Sorry. I removed that feature because it took far too long to pinpoint which muscles were involved in each exercise and edit them into each video. It was either remove that feature, create fewer exercises per video, or create fewer videos.
Thanks. Burpees aren't considered an "all standing exercise" even though you do rise back up to your feet. I put up a small disclaimer at 03:10 "Today's workout is going to mostly standing, but we are going to have some burpees in it" 👊❤️
Great workout! I like how your man enough to admit when you're at failure. Also, if it's all standing, aren't burpees considered not standing? LOL ;) Keep it the good work. You're VERY motivating!

Thanks for asking. It's more of a matter of conditioning than age. I know of someone personally that has completed this workout at age 55 and I'm 40 myself. With that being said, modifications are provided on-screen for each exercise so that anyone can take on this workout at their own level. Hope this helps 👊❤️
Thanks a lot for the response. I have just finished it, I used only 1 modified exercise, the rest all original. But yes I took a little more break after 4-5 exercises. I'm drenched in sweat now. Love you 🤟
