I completely understand. It sucks when you hit a "glass ceiling" in places that you love. I had to walk away from my position as the youth director at my previous church because I was the only person who wasn't satisfied with the status quo. The ideas, gifts, and talents that God gave me became stagnant because no one wanted to grow. If you do decide to create a channel or anything else on your own please let us know. We can support you all.

Sometimes we are only meant to be with people for a season of our life. I believe that you were meant to be a part of this group, but now it is time to move forward. Remember that separation leads to elevation, so God has something more for you. It isn't personal, their lack of interest could have been orchestrated by God to help you come out of your comfort zone and stand on your own faith. Just don't forget that it is not you, but God. girl I FEEL THAT. it sucks feeling like you’re being overlooked, and you’re always the one who puts the group first but the others do not. you’re always the one to message everyone to try and get it on its feet again, but no one else steps up to do it and they leave you hanging. when you do all of this extremely hard work and it goes under appreciated. it sucks, and i can see that you’re going through it girl. i respect your decision to leave ENTIRELY, and i hope the other members see how they hurt you. good luck on all of your future endeavors girlie!!! time for you to choose YOU girl. ily!!! This reminds me of group projects in school and my last project in college. There are always one or two people doing the work while the others are practically nonexistent until presentation day.
