I always loved patsy's facial expressions, felt like it made him stand out from the other guys from the crew, he just looked so menacing

Funny enough that Horse joke is what inspired Bojack horseman, and they originally wanted the show to end on that joke.

After all that was said and done in this show, had the soprano family actually survived the last episode, I bet meadow would have just become another mob wife stuck in the same sad and unfulfilled life as Carmella. AJ probably would have eventually tried suicide again and would be successful in it. And as for Tony and Carmella? Who knows.

Patsy killed Tony at the end. Tony had his brother whacked. Patsy bided his time and used his son to get to Meadow.
