If I’m not mistaken, the only function for covering the exhaust on a properly functioning 4 cycle engine would be only to keep water and debris from getting into the exhaust system. Very nice set up. Love your videos

Funny about the lizard. We had a supersize load meter building come up from Texas to northeast a few winters ago for a compressor station we were building. One sunny day a buddy says WTF was that just moved in that eyewash cabinet mounted on outside. Here it was some weird Texas lizard hitch hiker that got hit with some sunlight and was running around in this box. He caught it and named it Texas Pete. Took it home and it lived a few years in fishtank lol.
That is a FORD cab it was very common in Europe especially here in the UK and was known as the Ford Cargo, with both rigid and tractor units in the line up.

Lots of mechanics especially the younger generation just don't have it. Very few of them grew up working on Motorhead toys since they're single digit years . And lots of the older ones could give a crap less because the pay sucks. We're in a whole new world now where any kind of man skills involving hard work is frowned upon, and being a feminized little soy boy who works in some kind of job that they talk about feelings or some such feminine BS is rewarded. Believe me I'll be 60 this year and I've been in the garage business my whole life fixing trucks and heavy equipment. It's almost impossible to hire mechanics now because they're really aren't any kids learning the trade and truthfully there haven't been many entering the trade for probably 30 years now. Don't get me wrong, I do know a few kids who are very talented and really know what they're doing. The problem is there is nowhere near enough to replace the guys who are retiring
I’ve had to post bond in Michigan on the spot. I got a overweight ticket lady said pay me $20 or I’m keeping your license since your a out of state driver. I said I don’t have no cash. I asked can I drop my trailer at the scale bob tail down to next exit to gas station for atm she says ya I suppose. I goes in gets my cash come out she’s making out with her bf at the gas pump.
I love it when you think it's going to be quick and easy, weather it's time or money. It always bites me in the ass ending up costing me more of time or cash and I feel like kicking my own ass.
