The early japanese HE slingers are great fun to play but the crew and ammo layouts are pure comedy, like the drivers just sitting on top of a box of explosives or a lone guy getting slowcooked inside a machine gun turret near the engine.
Only watched from 7.3 onward, because that's where I'm at in the tree for now. Spading 6.7 was a nightmare, but I even got the Type 60 ATM done. I'm still kinda looking forward to high-tier MBTs and light vehicles, but I'm also remembering why I hated Italy when I got this high up. There's a reason I stopped cold at 10.3 with them, and haven't gone back since. I just can't play well in these battles, and I seem to have supernaturally bad luck.
My favourite Japanese medium tanks in BR brackets: Chi-Ha Chi-Nu Chi-To Late M4A3 (76) (W) or however it is called Afterward, I don't have any because they're either mediocre or haven't even unlocked them yet (Forgot to be specific😅)
Go to see I’m not the only player that is constantly getting bombed every single match sometimes even after getting one kill or sometimes not even after getting any kills because I like to play my heavy tanks whenever I get a good fight a plane comes in and boom, I don’t know why guy John won’t give us a game modethat is the exact same as realistic all the same maps just without fucking aeroplanes I’m God for sake sick of them it’s getting to the point where I don’t wanna play anymore
You’re an incredibly good player and you know what you’re talking about. Immediately subscribed hope to see more awesome content like this. Maybe do episodes instead of long movies.
Fun fact: the Type 89 I-Go ko aka the one with the worst pen in 1.0 was first introduced in the Japanese army in 1925 attempting to be Japan's first ever domestic tank and it's an experiment of a 10 ton version of the Renault FT from WW1. It was completed in 1929 and given to Mitsubishi to built. By 1931 it had begun the main tank used by the Imperial army. It used to have problems in the manlet that allowed rifle fire to pass in but it was soon fixed. Until the Chi-Ha was introduced,it believed to very good. The short 25mm was really good against machine guns but becane unreliable as soon as China was given tanks and America joined the war. After 1942 a lot of them were stationed in the Dutch East Indies and was used in the first stages of the Indonesian national Revolution. It shined in infantry support but becane unreliable against tanks.
1:11:00 the tiny bombs are a lot better on that thing. With the bomb sight they are ridiculous. You couldve had like at least 3 easy kills right there. Just bop everyone on the forehead with zero fuse and theyll be dead.
been trying to get into war thunder for quite a while now i’ve enjoyed these videos of all the lines ups but i was wondering what you suggest for a good starter line up which won’t get boring to grind
You don't get anywhere in this game without spending a lot of money.... Let that be known. How much money have you spent Ryan or do they sponsor you??? Can you be more transparent
Maybe not the best place to comment, there are many times in your streams where you tell people the #1 thing they can do to improve is map knowledge and I set out to learn the maps. I feel like I have high map knowledge on most of the maps, however, I still feel like I'm at a plateau, and just dumb at GRB. Maybe my idea of what you mean by map knowledge, is not just where terrain items on the map are, hills, buildings, objectives, spawns. Maybe there is more to it than I am thinking? Maybe needed in a video to define it, I don't know.
@@bruhbruh3847 yeah those parts I do good in, but I can never just go out on a map and catch them in flanks and just clobber them lol. I think it's the Map Knowledge the Ryan talks about, but I know the maps pretty well, but I think he's talking more about the flow of where people go maybe? Not sure
Do you think for the purposes of grinding out rank VI the 7.3 lineup or the 8.3 lineup is better? I'm leaning towards 7.3 simply because it gets good matchmaking, but I don't know how 8.3 minor MM is.
I found both lineups to be pretty good, 7.3 is definitely the most fun thought, with type 99 and ho ri, as to 8.3 where you have two identical tanks, though a very good SPAA. I suppose just play which you enjoy the most or 8.3 for more research.
