Preparation before screen printing:
Required silicone ink:360W molding silicone ink,10% 360WB molding silicone ink catalyst,10% silicone ink pigment.
Required equipment or tools: vacuum machine,squeegee,cleaning cloth and molding machine
The process of one molder silicone ink screen printing:
1,Print prepared silicone ink(360W molding ink with 10% 360WB molding silicone catalyst and 10% pigment) on the mold.
2,Vacuumize 30-60 seconds
3,Clean the extra silicone ink with a squeegee and clean the mold surface with a cloth
4,Put it on the molding machine by 18-26 seconds.Please note the upper mold temp is 180℃
