Kuki's skill doesn't apply Electro to you, so you're not gonna get EC'ed. Try using Dori or Beidou instead. Raiden's skill description clearly stated that it buffs Elemental Burst damage. Also, Amber's C2 allows manual detonation if shot at BB, usually around its foot.
if you apply both hydro and electro to yourself you will get the electro-charged reaction, but this will not do damage, kinda how if you apply both cryo and hydro to yourself you dont get freezed

Actually one of the most popular myth about Gorou is that he scales fully of Def and his buffs too. His E scales mostly of ATK with just additional damage from passive going from DEF ( for Gorou nukes you still better use ATK builds) and secondly his buffs are constant which means you only need to lvl up the talents to get the boost
The animal one for NEUVI and TRAVELLER depends upon type of animal, it works on tigers, that giant sand animals, crocodiles, big aggressive flying bird etc. But dont work on boars, goat, normal birds etc

Razor's is kinda irrelevant unless you get knocked into water or something. But razor is useful for mining- claymores already do the most damage to ores. And his hold E and burst activation both break most ores in one hit.
