This is the best drum n Bass, jungle, darkside ive ever listen to. I listened to that Kind of music til mid 90s. Today not so often but i remember Times, thinking how can someone feel something Bad listen this music and where a mid quality jungle tape was better than any else hd Pop CD. Ed rush and optical set is epic

We miss you Skiba, gave us the best memories rave after rave and the only MC (along with Fearless) who came close to the GOAT Hyper D imho. Will always feel privileged to have seen the best MCs do thier thing, the 90s were a blessing, honestly have seen some decent dnb mcs but nothing to compare to the likes of skiba and Hyper.. This is probably my favorite drum and bass set ever the eksman dj wild child is a close second I have listened to this set off an on for probably 20 years it was awesome back then and still killer today would love to read about someone who was at this party could describe the atmosphere or how skinadee shabba and ic3 looked qnd sounded inside.
I was there but off my nut so recollection of the actual sets is too hazy lol - I met a girl there that I dated for a few months and had to get the tape pack after to be able to fully appreciate the actual sets. The Darren Jay set with Shabba and IC3 is superb (sadly has Five-0 on it as well tho which spoils it a bit with him chatting shit)
Yes this is gold! Shabas favorite line is raise up the mic 🤣..never fails on every set. That mix of future cut and the pulse is something else. Sound like Ed took over the second half 🙃
