To everyone complaining about the gaudy furniture: the house doesn't come with the furniture. They are staged so the buyers/viewers get an impression and understanding of the space. Honestly a heritage home would be so much more beautiful, though I do really love the front balcony, and the areas with butter yellow walls. A kitchen or public area with butter yellow walls is ideal in my mind. The way luxury homes typically are all white really looks horrifically uncomfortable to me. I would not be able to relax in a place like this. I love my home colorful with antiques.

I can see how this is SPECIFICALLY designed for the wealthy chinese😂 with all those golden accents...YEP another property to be used as money parking when no one will actually live there for the best part of the year. If Vancouver wants to stop this nonsense they have to implement what the Swiss did. You can't buy if you're not resident...and to be resident you have to stay AT LEAST 6 months per year.

The stager REALLY needs to rethink their life choices that led to these design decisions. Beautiful home, the staging fights the homes natural design by trying be be the Center of attention. A big no no in staging. How many remember the living/dining details? How many remember the furniture?
