One of the Best Methods For 15 Minute Afk Thieving! 

If you have all the req's you can start Menaphite marketeer's as early as 57 theiving fully 15 min afk and at least 500k/hr gp. or Desert bandits is fully afk also, and wear silverhawks if you just want more overall xp, but i believe you need 99 just for the noting effect.
