I find it impossible not to be irritated by how this band doesn't have more listeners, they are continually putting out some of the most incredible music that you could find at any point in musical history, they're that special.

I said before this band feels like an instrumental prog band like Arch Echo or Plini with vocals. Due to the vocals, it will be easier for people to connect with the music, plus more heavy moments to add more variety. Aviations definitely know what they are doing here and I'm impressed for sure.

They've got to be one of the best bands I've ever heard that can perfectly blend the complexity of prog with such a high level of catchiness. I truly love prog, but it can be a hard listen when you're not mentally up to it, but these guys just make it so easy to listen to even tho the complexity is predominant!

I discovered your channel around the aviations reaction video since then I keep watching your videos regularly and I saw a lot of reactions of this song (actually saw the hard core one first and discovered this band at that moment) but yea Aviations is a really special band to me, their musicianship and sowgwriting is something really unique and at a level that will rarely be toped in my opinion

I think there is a bit of a stigma within the metal community these days. As we get more and more listeners and fans in our genre, a lot of people think that it is heavy and can only be heavy and your weak and not and not a real fan if you listen to anything softer. Like we have so many branches, metalcore, deathcore, classic, pop metal, progressive metal, and goes on an on. I think the diversity in metal was most seen recently after Sleep Token's Take Me Back to Eden, alot of people loved it and a lot hated it because it wasn't as heavy as they could be and the people that didn't like complained about the Jazz, Funk, Hip-hop fusions they threw in there that turned out to be a masterpiece of an album because a they took a chance and went the extra mile with their production. People dog you if you don't listen to a Lornashore, knocked loose or Texas in July feel of metal. We really gotta come together and be more accepting of how diverse metal can be and analyze our bands and realize how they are artists belonging to our genre from as hard as Lornashore and as progressive as Aviations so that they get the proper support that they need to continue.

This band is alot of ''hit or miss' for me. I really liked Legends. Gotta say, this one is really good as well, really unique again. Love the piano touch. Love the melodies and love that they incorporated some heavy elements. Really dynamic song.

Its way too all over the place for my taste but party on dudes

As a musician, i can't disrespect the work and the passion this guys put in this song. But as a listener, and for a first time listening to this band, i just felt completely lost and bored by this. This felt like 20 songs in one and at the same time felt like the same thing over and over. And if you love this band, pls educate me to make me appreciate it as i should. Because i fcking love musicality over ANYTHING in music. i don't care about genres. But i think the lack of contrast in this made me feel lost as fuck. To compare, i think Sleep Token does a fucking good job at that. Using *contrast* in their songs. It feels (to me) overly complex and busy. And i'm saying that as a fan of Polyphia, Chon, Animals as Leaders for example, which aren't the easiest bands to listen to. I'm saying this because i see some comments talking about how this band isn't that well known and everything, but if I, someone who plays music, can't understand and feel something about this track, I can definitely believe many and many people won't feel anything about it neither. And i think the fact that Metalbirb himself had to listen to it twice to review it does explain why I feel that about this song. But i'll give a listen to outliers, and come back here. Edit : Okay so, after listening to "Outliers", yeah this band is really cool. This track felt so much less complex, with really good contrast, and an insane emotionnal climax at the end. So my problem must be about "Coma".
