Is this a Tani Otoshi? I like how you do it without really risking injuring his knee. All the judo videos say it’s a dangerous move because you can sit on the persons knee and bend it sideways. Any tips on how to do it correctly like you are?
Thanks for the video. I have a off topic question to ask. I want to learn judo and bjj but I don't know which one is should learn first. What do you suggest?
Seriously, I would like to see these self defense techniques where the attacker is the bigger person. Really, there are better ways to bring the attacker to the ground where you do not need to go with them into a concrete, etc surface, and finally, pain compliance is the hardest way to control someone. Did like the giftwrap.
In a real fight there are rules... namely the law... don't kick defenceless people in the back of the head... you are not Judge Dredd 😉 Otherwise nice. Would be cool to see pressure tested.
Woooow, amazing!! You know I've trained 13 years in Brazilian jiu jitsu but I have never trained at a Gracie jiu jitsu academy and I would love to absolutely love to. Gracie jiu jitsu follows My philosophy for grappling as a self-defense whereas Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a game and a sport really a chess match.
