Ohh Thank you for the viewing. Yes it is a beautiful fresh appealing inside/ outside just gorgeous , the garden 🪴 and the two car parking shed will make it interesting. Well there is room for growing plants/ garden to feed self if you have too. Starter homes with so much dazzle that color is mesmerizing for many buyers. Starter homes are designed to keep prices down and if the parents or family members are helpful to the younger to find the path their seeking it works. Your right I saw the chipping on the top of the wall trim near maids quarters. Is that roof slanted towards the deck. Well I could use that good free rain water for a rooftop garden with plenty of sunlight yes . I like that idea 💡for my own home. Really nice. Now the response the welcoming party from / with the natives , the local communities is the question. The energy almost the people did they get enriched or robbed. I value the unspoken words, I’m watchful the eyeballs. Did the community suffer ? Yes is their envy in the energy of the environment to be aware of for future consequences for my family ? I value humanitarian reasonings for justifying their actions. A gated property , security is this just normal everyday life. Ok 👍

Everybody's seeking American standards these people have been building this way for years In most Americans will have problems living in Africa because they're hung up on the American ways And trust me these people aren't gonna change to your way. Most will have a difficult time accepting the fact that every home in Africa is built with Cement block

@@TheAvira123 Read thru the comments, the roof is a mess. The grading of the property is incorrect. The tiles applied to the side of the house are inappropriate material for that application, this house will have mold issues. The roof stairs are installed incorrectly and aren't safe. There a lot of great educational construction videos here in YT. Search for construction videos from similar climates as yours from different parts of the world. You'll learn a lot. Good luck in your home search.

It's a Rwanda thing, most don't put closets in houses, even just cheap wardrobes are not there in most houses/so as a tenant you have to bring yours. I don't know why it's like that here.

But you can add wardrobe anytime, any day without any problem at all.

They add wardrobe in these houses in Africa a lot more than just having big closet like in the West.

Great question, most homes in Rwanda come with no closets and they are left as an option you can add later at a fee, else when they are added usually the homes price is hiked.

Say what now price would be hiked for just requesting to have closets you are joking there is more room for improvement if you ask me

@@lillyshanz1 It's just a fact that a bedroom without a closet is just a mess. Because, where would you keep your clothes?? Clothes can't be kept in a suitcase. That's too much work and clothes won't be freshly aired. Even if they say a Wardrobe,, a wardrobe is too small too.

Because the people in that part of the world have never had a lot of things to put in closets So it's not essential to them
