Why go to Round Up . Most are not ANTIQUES . It's an overseas decorators paradise as you have proven . Every big city in the USA has dealers of decoration stores .
She probably likes the places where she can find things that are more popular with her clients. There are lots of real European antiques there, but thoes dealers may not have the most practical pieces nor the variety or items that a designer may need.
Hi. Tq for the tips n advice. But would have enjoyed it if u had showed the products and prices rather than rush through your 5 fav vendors. Since its a major event, perhaps u cld hv shot more vids featuring each vendor n their items, and upload them one by one. Perhaps u did, so waiting to see more detailed videos of the same event. TQ again.
Yes, Donna, you are correct! The "Original" Red Barn still has the best, true antiques. However, you can find a few pieces here and there in Warrenton, just down the road! David @VintageUprisingTX
If you've ever been to Round Top, you would see that by stopping at 4 locations / multiple booths (they are all very spread out and parking is not always easy), this was quite the feat. Add 2 toddlers and a U-Haul for pick ups for PAYING clients, I'm quite OK with what we were able to show you. Sorry if I hurt your feelings, but putting the camera at your face RATHER THAN FILMING exciting items, is NOT why thrifters watch You Tube Channels. GOOD You Tube Thrift Channels have thousands of subscribers who do not want the filmer to constantly chit chat, over and over, about exit directions, UNLESS "YOU" PREFER TO ONLY HAVE VIEWERS WHO ARE LOCAL TO YOU. You talked so much, I never even heard you say what city and state you were filming. Going overboard to Promote LOCAL BUSINESSES is not important to viewers who live many states away!!!! Good channels do not use the convenience of a "body camera", which I suppose you used. I know you have two BEAUTIFUL babies, but your husband did a great job caring for them, along with your double stroller. The popular RU-vid channels that I watch and that have thousands of subscribers, ALL film with one hand, and they FILM THE MERCHANDISE, not their faces talking!! No DOUBT, you will again have excuses as you already have in your comment back to me. So do not waste your time complaining to me, please. Most You Tube Channels say they want feedback comments that will help them. Not to worry!! I did not subscribe, SO you do not need to worry about my constructive comments in the future!!
