@@Hachijo3GS Only Nyx spammers know how nuanced Nyx can be. But that's the beauty of most Dota hero's. It's not bad advice for someone who maybe doesn't pay attention to Nyx at all.

Yes. Nyx needs to adjust on item builds and talents. You'll only need to build aghs if you think you will have hard time on enemy's core heroes on late game. This is the best item to defend HG along with aether lens. If you are up against your normal counters( OD, lencer, any int heroes and squishy agility cores) Go rush dagger, meteor and play aggressive, dont forget to choose the int multiplier talent if you are up against high intel hero, mana burn's damage is by percentage so the damage would be higher than what youll expect.

If you guys wanna dig somewhere.. it should be in the middle of the team fights. Where enemies clump up and none buy wards if it's low elo.. also even if they buy dust.. if you're burrowed you'll get tankier.. so there's no problem with digging everywhere.. just avoid clumping up with teamates while burrowed..

unless ur team literally has NO ONE who has any damage, dagon build is almost nvr worth on nyx, its too expensive and nyx's mana can barely substain his own spells, let alone a dagon burst

i would rather buy orchid than dagon if we were talking about additional damage.... Has high utility and gives you shit ton of mana regen... And an even better item called meteor hammer for CC and wave clearing because he sucks at that... If you actually want to burst people... Just buy Aghs... It's way less cheaper and is actually pretty useful... And dagon is a pretty meh item... I would rather rush ethereal if i want burst.. but i would not tend to as he's better as pos 4 than a pos 1.. and sidenote... Don't buy dagon.. buy aghanims rather than dagon if you want a main burst item... dagon is just that trashy... And also... It's a late game item so rushing dagon would throw you the game.. rush urn of shadows then if you wanna solo kill people... Plus the healing would sustain you in fights... The disadvantage if you rush urn is.. you have to buy aether lense... You always, always need that.. unlike rushing aghs where you can just skip aether and go for that OP item aeon disk... Edit: ever since meteor hammer exists... Euls just became a meh item... It's fine rushing it but your early snowball(also is the reason why nyx is such a powerful s4 and is a meta) would be destroyed... Forget dagon it sucks.. rushing euls is a better option if i have to compare them both...

@@kindle1951 haha use nyx and tell them to gank when you're level 6 specially if you can combo with people like.. s3 pudge or s5 lion(both needs smoke though) or anyone that has CC or damage so that you guys can kill people and even harrass... Supporting people isn't necessary just get level 6 And snowball the game... But if your having a hard time... Just rush ghost scepter... It's the cheapest defense item nyx can find.. plus it's the perfect item if you want additional burst so you can buy ethereal blade later... Tbh.. i want to get lvl 6 as early as possible and go for other lanes... Use smoke though... If you want to gank.. not your ult... Because if your team can't kill them you can finish them off with ult... And also.. don't forget to spam your third skill when it's maxed out... It's like one of the best spell to bully people.. 🤣🤣 specially tinker... If you have tinker as your enemy just pick nyx and max first skill first and max second skill second and rush orchid that's it. Tinker players wont be able to handle it unless if they have dispel... If you think the lineup is trash and you can't kill the enemies rush aghs into aeon disk into ghost scepter... This build would make you tanky and even unkillable... Just get good positioning... If you're in Rosh and you're outside the entrance(even inside) use your aghs skill and don't do anything but spam your first second and third... Third skill can automatically stun people... Remember that.. because people only notice the huge cast range of first and second skill.. and if you want to catch people when they're far away... Use ult it would automatically stop you from being burrowed... And if you're team fight is not on rosh... Don't afk on your aghs skill... When you're done and people just die... Move to another place and then burrow... (Preferably middle of the team fight can't stress this enough) Burrow in the middle... Between your team and your enemies and tank damage because aghs makes you a Frontliner.. if you feel like it's dangerous use ult then run away...
