This is a very interesting and informative interview. Frimpong Manso is one of the Kotoko legends I admire and respect so much. It’s not factual that Ghana recently decided on a white jersey and that we’ve always had yellow jersey. White and Yellow had been our primary colors concurrently. Even in the pics he shared, there were times Black Stars wore red jerseys. It has to be said that in the past, sale of replica jerseys especially among African teams wasn’t common as Ghana for instance didn’t have jersey sponsors so we had just few jerseys so they couldn’t give them out easily and fans couldn’t get to purchase replica jerseys. Hence it was only players who had them. Jerseys that are produced currently are better quality as the climate of the countries etc are taken into consideration in manufacturing new jerseys which makes it better than the past. Producing replica jerseys for fans to raise finds for the team is also very important as the fans feel a part of the teams identity and it’s a good marketing opportunity for the team and the nation.

What i have realised from your interview with the legends is that,most of Asante Kotoko players looks more in good form than our other teams players. This pndc/ndc regime is the one some Ghanaians have been following so sheepishly. A piece of cloth and a million equivalent for winning a continental trophy 😂
@Robert Quansah, he has every right to ask the same questions. The wisdom in it is that you get to hear diverse answers and opinions and the interviewer may ask leading questions in order for you the listener/viewer to draw your own conclusions plus no two answers will be the same even though you may think they may be.
