One-on-one with Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid 

"Are you sorry for the ones who bombed and invaded your country?"

It's like asking the homeowner if they are sorry a burglar is dead.

How insolent can be when you ask the landlord to be sorry for fighting soldiers who occupied his land, what a shame!

The shameless Canadian interviewer didn't even say sorry for the illegal invasion and felt sorry for the destruction and poverty that they have caused.

Knowing English with proper accent does not makes you smart in this world……this reporter is a perfect example….

You guys went to his country and destroyed everything and still this humble human let you interview.....you should be grateful you're still alive

I am Canadian. Of course, I wish our troops are alive and we never went to Afghanistan to begin with. The journalist is silly in asking the Talib to be sorry for fighting in his own country Afghanistan.

“I am not apologizing”, I like that answer very much. Unapologetic, wow, you have my respect Mr. Zabihullaah.

I discovered patriotism when he said, "I am not sorry because they were occupying forces which came here."

It is like a German reporter asking a Russian soldier after world war 2:

Zabiullah is like a typical Afghan , modest in speech , sober in actions, a perfect gentleman in personal life and an absolute unforgiving fiend on the battle field .

His answers are full of knowledge and logic ... Salute

Reporters now a days instead of asking real questions are deliberately asking questions that put someone under a bad assumption or is to just insult someone in general. This interview was more like a debate instead of an actual interview. The reporter and the spokesperson are playing a game of chess with words. It is amazing still to see how the spokesperson is able to remain so calm despite deliberate attempts by the reporter to start a fight he believes he would win in. If you are a guest at someone's house, don't go in behaving terribly. I guess common courtesy no longer exists nowadays, sure he is a Taliban but as a reporter one's job is to squeeze as much information out of someone during an interview and care about politics later. All I see was that this was just a waste of an interview where the Taliban spokes person demonstrates how skilled he is the whole time while the reporter was just trying to make everything seem as bad as possibly with little practical information squeezed out.

Superiorty complex of this reporter is astounding, telling an afghan to feel remorse for defending his land against foreign killers.

Respect to the Afghans.
