A battle between the Eternal Wardens & the Ghostly Undead. You can skip the backstory and go directly to the battle at the 7:25 minute mark for the objectives, the battle itself starts at 8:00. @@Fredster9984 Thanks man. The bridge was a easy build using xps foam and cardboard. I will see to building a bridge video in the future. The crocodile was actually my youngest son's idea 😁. While i was building the board he came with a small crocodile toy and placed it where the canal would be underneaththe bridge...I went from there haha 😄. He has a lot of those little plastic gators, he was 7 at the time. He's 9 now and gave them to me to use. I help him build stuff for his godzilla stop motion movies and he often likes to help me out as well. It is fun 😁.

This is extraordinary! Soooooo well done. The modelling on your miniatures r-e-a-l-l-y shines in this one (your bases are to die for) and the battle board is beyond immersive. Pleaseeeee tell me how you got that incredible ghostly green base affect on the Banshee? Once again you have taken some amazing sculpts from the Mortal Realms magazines (which is is exactly what I did as well) and used them in a beautiful symmetry... combining AoS with your own unique storyline and creating something familiar, and yet strange and unusual.. and as macabre as it is beautiful and bitter sweet. I am using the word beautiful a lot, as it is the best way to describe what you have created here, grotesque and at the same time.. beautiful… the perfect hallmarks of all classic horror. This could almost be a mature themed Brother`s Grimm tale of old, its so intense. I thought nothing could ever match your Grimdark and Gangwars series but I was wrong. This new venture is simply sublime (Incredible narration and voice over by the way.. I loved the funny bits too, knocking over the warrior and taking another warrior off the board along with the ghosts hehe). I seriously SERIOUSLY hope and pray you continue this story and expand the tale: your teaser at the end of more to come gave me hope hehe. Was that a teaser of “Dominion” perhaps.. hehe? Finally, the highest honour I can give… would you mind or be offended if I used your back story in my OWN games? As it happens, I am starting a new fantasy campaign (my old one ran for 19 years and has finally wrapped up to its full conclusion). I am using a sort of home brew hybrid of the AoS “Soulbound” rpg (mostly for the background fluff) but then using a combination of OPR Fantasy and my own rules to flesh out the rpg elements. Your story at the beginning was so well done, and inspired me so much, I immediately thought to myself “I just HAVE to use this in my own creations”. So what I would do is continue to make my own new campaign up, but use all your videos as official canon I would include in my own version of events?
Thank you my friend for those very kind words 🙏. I am glad you liked it. It really means a lot. Thank you. The base of the banshee, I 1st painted it white, then when dry I used Hexwraithflame. Then I covered that base in PVA glue and when dry I used Mordant earth. The PVA insured that the cracks would be bigger. Then dry brush a dark green over the area the "ghosts" are floating. Then repeat the dry brush with a lighter green but more to the center. Then again dry brush with mix of 50-50 yellow and green. Then another drybrush at the center of the base with a yellow and finally go over that with a ligh drybrush of white. I hope that helps. If you accidentally drybrush to much and the details are lost (wich happened to me on other models) go over with a Biel-tan green wash. And repeat the drybrush. It fixes that issue right up 👍. Offcourse you can use my story for your role-play campaign, I would be honored 🙏👍. I wanted to bring some horror elements into my age of fantasy as I am a big Ravenloft fan, especially the setting and I want that to return in my future Age of fantasy battles 😉. It was indeed a teaser for Dominion 😉. As I am planning on future Age of Fantasy skirmish campaigns as well. I shall indeed try follow your words to the letter, as the results you achieve are quite extraordinary, and have an aesthetic intensely I have rarely seen on these miniatures (I thought mine were okay until I saw yours haha). I am beyond delighted this is only the beginning, and you plan to follow the fantasy setting through with more to come, its every bit as engrossing as yours sci-fi campaign videos… actually, somehow… the terrain, the miniatures, the tone and the theme might even be a nose ahead of the race….its truly THAT good,making this (by far) my favourite You Tube viewing channel of all time. Yeeeey! I was right. Smiling ear to ear at the thought of a Dominion type game to come. I I bought the box when it came out, KNOWING I would regret it if I didn’t pick itup at the time while it was available (a happy foresight I am so glad I did). I`m amazed and sad that out of all the people who bought it, I have yet to see anyone make proper use of the contents of this box.. which I think are simply awe inspiring, perhaps more so if you use it to play OPR, as the contents are more than enough for a full solo campaign , without needing to add a single purchase… same thing with the sci-fi Shadow Thrones set (which I bought, knowing I never intended to use with 40k.. but for the miniatures themselves, and the inspiration fluff contained within the book). Thank you so much for allowing me to take this story and run with it. I will do it honour trust me. I know what you mean, I also bought Dominion in fear of it being sold out. Also before I discovered OPR I played a lot of 2nd edition Age of sigmar, my main army ate the Stormcast Eternals, I love their Lore and the models as well. Before covid we played a huge campaign. When Dominion came I just had to get it haha. Now that I am attempting to grow my channel it is a perfect excuse to use all my models and play loads of games. I am in for the entertainment and the fun. That is why I restarted the channel. I just want to entertain and if I get a chance to I spire some people to do the same I am happy 😊. Sure thing, I love stories, feel free to send them to my email address. It is In the channel description. I also tend to write long stories for our rpg group when I am the GM. I even tend to go overboard sometimes 😅. Dominion has loads of potential to build a large campaign around it using OPR system and I will definitely work something out regarding that. Also a good possibility to build more terrain, I never really did much swamp terrain so it is a good place to start, build the terrain and feature that on the channel and then show it I play at my battle reports. Cheers bro.... mail received, and I have replied :-) *chuckles* I love your descriptions of the hobby, you mirror my own approach in so many ways. Like you, I am always looking for ways to get my models to the table, often finding out miniatures I have had lying about unused for decades haha. Yeah I bought Dominion because I had this instinctive impulse to get it while I could. I have deliberately not pulled it all apart yet, as I knew I wanted to make the proper box opening a thing to cherish (when the time to get down to the game was just right). I`ve been wrapped up with the OPR 40k variation for a long time now, and wanted to make sure that was established before I switched passions and moved on to something else (never a good idea when already in the middle of a project). When I knew the time was right, I knew I would then add a second subject to my games, I figured that would be the time to crack open Dominion, and all my Mortal Realms stuff. That time is pretty much NOW hehe.

Especially from the mortal realms issues. Dominion is a cool box and I am happy I bought it. I did paint all of the models for both the Kruleboyz and the Stormcast Eternals. Took some time but I had fun with them. Only used them once unfortunately so it is time to maybe think about a campaign of Age of Fantasy were they can be used haha.
