The anime goes way deeper into the stories. It hits harder. But then again, they have more time to do so. The live adaptation did a very good job of keeping the key aspects and emotions of the story.
Great react 🎉🎉🎉 It's like you said, they had to cut secondary characters who were involved in the plot because there are only 8 episodes, and they had to introduce and strengthen the protagonists who are the Straw Hats, in Nami's arc, the people of the village has a lot of weight, you will notice this even more in the next 3 episodes, all of this makes the emotional stronger, the live action was good, but the original is much more powerful.
I feel for the LA creators. Because really, the East Blue section is probably the part that should be given the MOST time of any arc, given its importance to story. But at the same time, if they didn't rush it, they risk not hooking new viewers to it.
I love the live action. It's a incredible introduction to the show and they did about as well as they possibly could for live action. But at the same time, they butchered things like Nami's backstory in the process of cutting it down to get everything in in 8 episodes.
Hello from Belgium, I love your reactions, having already seen the anime, is it possible to put subtitles in English for translation into French? As I don't speak English very well, I'm more interested in your reactions than in the story (I'm using a translator for this message). Thank you 😁
Finally you Meet bellmere. Yes she is awesome and if you know Whats going to Happen.. Well Lets stay Strong about this. Nami Story is one of the best in my mind 💪
0:12 i agree, Nami has good poker face, tough to get a read on.. Nami is unknowable at this point in story.. a greedy, money-driven orange-haired enigma
someone probably told you during the live action reaction... but "Belle Mere" is mother-in-law in french and also "belle" means beautiful, showing what an amazing mother she was 😭
