Looks fine tbh, that was my first response but looking at Pirates of the Caribbean film. It would make sense for him to look like this.

Arlong's Nose looks EXACTLY how it should look. Arlong is a Sawshark Fish-Man, if you Google it, you will see they went with the obvious (and only) choice for his nose. I think he looks GREAT tbh, and I can't wait to see how he portrays and carries himself! Gonna be DOPE!
