I love this opening, the animation of this opening was in charge of director Megumi Ishitani, she was in charge of animating episode 1015 of One Piece, which many One Piece fans and myself included consider the best episode of One Piece.

Even if you watch spoilers that are current its gonna be a while til you get there xD if you watch 100 ep a month = 25ep a week, it will still take you 1 year to get to the spoils 😝 I highly recomend this anime, its the best! and I just saw that you have started so 🥰

Awesome to hear dude! trust me, this anime has it all and with the most fucked up characters xD I have never laughed and cried from watching an anime as I have with this one. The world building and character backstory etc is top tier 😝

I recommend watching the live action first tbh. It's essentially the first.....I'd say 50 episodes condensed into 8 episodes. It hits all important points but curs alot of fat while leaving the taste. When you watch the anime you'll be able to better understand certain things as well as the live action does change a few things but stays true to the source material
I've kinda mentally put myself into the fact I'm going to be making videos based on the anime! But maybe at the 50 episodes mark I can make a comparison and watch the live action! Thanks for the recommendation though dude!
What a bad advice. The live action crammed all the info and ruined the character development. It's just hastily jumping from one scene to next scene to make you snap fingers and point at the the screen like that leo di Caprio meme. And the line delivery is pure cringe. That's like listening to someone retelling a movie from his memory instead of watching the movie yourself. If you're so pressed on time then you shouldn't even stsrt one piece to begin with. You either watch the original wotk or don't watch at all.

Heads up, the anime has a TON of filler and messy pacing so if your get tired of the anime the manga has way better pacing. Just a heads up! (Also Zoro doesn’t die don’t worry, it’s something way dumber in a manner of speaking)

no idea what that guy is talking about but there is not "a ton of filler" in this anime. out of the 1075 episodes released maybe 150 or so are filler and only two arcs around episodes 600-800 have really bad pacing. @@GKunReacts
@@kingkatsudark2473 I never understand people saying 'there's so much filler' and 'the pacing is so bad'. What, about 100 eps were a bad watch week to week (and can be easily blitzed through when binging, anyway) and most of what small amounts of filler there is is pretty fun (not all, but most are good for more wholesome character interaction between the crew). Like, I don't even think the pacing in DR is that bad _for reactors_ because there's so much going on that having to react and watch will make it a bit easier to pick things up. People just either got upset at the week-to-week watch and have a bad memory of that (fair) or overexaggerate.
@@7thlittleleopard7 100-150 eps of filler out of 1080 is nothing especially if you compare it to something like Bleach or Naruto where at least 50% were filler.
