I been playing gp dofi for quite awhile a better blocker imo than law is 4 uta bit more tech & they waste resources removing her. Love the representation ❤

Hey VV, congrats to 1 Year. Man i love this deck. I play it since it came out. Some tips for u tho: 10c Doffy doesnt work well with the stregths of the Deck.When you play him your birdcage gets popped. instead you should try Dougless Bullet. and i would drop one set of 2k counters for 3-4 Machvises. With all the Events you normaly dont need alot of 2ks because everyone will atack you with 9k anyway.

I also like to rock 7c Kid which allows you to remove 1 don on play and on attack and buff your leader 1k. This allows you to control the total number of dons so that the birdcage remains active. one play i love to do is on the 10 don turn (with kid already on field), play 10c doffy and freeze 3, attack with kid removing 1 don keeping birdcage active.

That playmat is sick bro! Good choice. My son has gone back to playing doffy full time. His list is pretty different but this one is cool. He just uses the purple uta and Douglas bullet from film.

Appreciate it! Ya that's a solid choice, Doffy is a much harder list to pilot than Katakuri too imo. That's a good thing though, he's starting off so young and already starting to transition into decks that require a higher skill ceiling. That's going to help him get so good so fast.

I have two lists I've been working with on gp doffy. One is donquixote family bird cage similar to this video, and another is a kid and zoro focused build with birdcage. Both versions have 4 of Diamante. IMO he's a no question staple in this deck

I've been loving this leader since I saw birdcage come out in Japan, it's such a unique deck with its soft removal aspect. I run 4 mach vise in my deck so I can rest 5 cost characters reliably, since they also stay tapped down with birdcage. Definitely helps against Queens and Sabos. Also, I use Judgement of Hell too since it has a don minus effect, plus it also helps stop more attacks than most other events. 7c Kidd also helps a ton to keep you below 10 don and i run him along with 2 Hodys. Overall its great to see your video on him, and congrats making a year of videos that's incredible!

A lot of builds I have seen for this deck have swapped from using 1-2 Spider Web into now running 4, is it just to restand blockers?

I think so, goes really well with Birdcage so that you can block and still re-stand before you might have to pop with it.

Idk if u thought about this, but swapping 2 10 cost doffy for 2 8 cost rosinantes can protect your 5 cost characters from effects, helping counter black decks potentially?
