Our locals took a vote on leaders and Rainbow Luffy won, so draft kind of turned into "How many Egghead triggers did you pull and how many are in your life every game?" Had a ton of fun, but for my packs I had 5 leader packs so I'm a bit salty. Someone in our group did pull the Manga though.

That event was genuinely a blast! So happy that even with Bandai doing everything they can to keep us from their product, we can still get that many together and have some real fun.

Went to my first pre-release today! Found out that my locals runs rainbow Luffy for pre-releases so it was kinda funny using my phone to have his image up. My deck wasn't too crazy but I went 2-2 so I'm happy with the result. Had to lean into a kind of ramp from the Foxy pirates to get to my big bodies quicker.

For a sec I thought this was Coolstuff Tampa and was like “go figure they show up at the only prerelease in my area I didn’t go to” 😂

i ended up having an amazing draft card wise, got a lot of 2000C, blockers and pulled a lot of cards recommended in your other video bruiser wise, went 1-2 unfortunately. gotta watch more videos and get my game knowledge up lol. almost every single person at my event was running Kid tho, the only 2 not were me and another guy running yamato

I had 3 prereleases this weekend so far and 1 tomorrow. The tournaments ran well and I pulled well but unfortunately, not enough product. My locals didn't get enough boxes. We had 53 people each for 2 separate events today at the same store. Only top 32 could get boxes however because there wasn't enough product. I luckily was able to get in top 32 for the 2nd event. I played yamato for the first event yesterday and went 0-4. I played kid for the 1st event today went 1-3. 2nd event today I got 11th place out of 53 people going 3-1 with bonney. Pulled 2 alt leaders this weekend so far; lucci and vegapunk.

3-2!? With that kind of pack?!?? That's some mad skill! I pulled 2mihawk, 1boa, 1sabo,11 2k counter, 10 blockers, and the rest are vanilla and 1k counters. Leader was red Zoro and I felt Big when attacking. Helps not to discard as much. Went undefeated bc of the good pulls (and it helps when there's only 4 of us 😂 being new to optcg) Thanks to sim and RU-vid! It really helps!

Bonnie in prerelease felt more oppressive then Yamato last set imo

Been to four prereleases locally so far. One more in a couple of days, and ready for it to be over. It can get pretty exhausting. Haha Went X-2 on most so far. One had a huge mishap with the guy running the app and closed the event after round 2 of what should have been 4 or 5. Wasn't a great time, but we were all also on a tight schedule, having to catch one or two other events almost immediately after. Jokingly brought a Japanese Lilith alt art card for luck and for three events straight, pulled the normal SR Lilith in each. We'll see if it continues into my last event for the playset. Lol Did get an O-Nami, though, so I'd say that's pretty lucky.

Lmao you had pretty much the same goofy pull I did. I got Bonney but not the alt and an urouge. I got 2 Lucy and the new 4c law. Only like 5 or 6 2k and I think 4 or 5 blockers. I mainly had 4c & 5c 6k characters. We did 3 rounds and I lost them all. I got beat up by so many people with dragons and big blockers. I also realized after that people were playing Hawkins as a blocker but they didn’t have a supernova leader. I got screwed first game by basil Hawkins.

Very tempted to try Sabo now but I’ve never played it so idk what I’m doing.
