One Planet Development (OPD) is a planning policy for off-grid, low impact smallholdings in Wales with near-self-sufficiency. There are 44 OPDs so far across Wales. Matt and Freyja are from Dôl-Wen; a 4-acre OPD near the festival; the first in Monmouthshire and closest to England. Freyja and Matt will discuss the process involved in designing and setting up a fully off-grid lifestyle under the OPD scheme, and will be answering questions about all aspects of the process.
