thank you for this interview, both of you. i adore 'Pacific City' and Shelley. i b/came aware of her music initially by virtue of being a long time fan of Darren Hanlon. it's a truly wrenching and utterly beautiful song.

She’s an (Inter)National Treasure (now). Thx for this. That track has always stopped me dead in my tracks as the saying goes. Seems like a good opportunity to spend some time in Pacific City. Love the Brigid Mae shirt.

I'm Vietnamese and i want to share my feeling when I hear this song... by chance the song was playing on youtube and i fell in love with this voice even though i didn't understand it at all. I found out more about Shelley Short and very love with her CD shop and thought she was around 25-30 years old. I was surprised. Thank you for the interview.
