it would be great if the functions would explained in a bit of detail for noobs, like if I want everything lowercase how exactly the commandline should look like?
How do you use functions? lets say I want to replace a string in the title such as "www", im trying the following but get not the right result: %artist% - %title%%replace(from:"www",to:"aaa")%
Hey, I don't understand how to use the functions. I want to only add the remixer, if it is a remix, how to do this? %artist%/%album%/0%track% - %title% (%remixer% Remix) - %artist% This leaves me with files that are not remixes, that have "( Remix)" in the filename.
Make sure the files you are processing do have the REMIXER tag in the 1st place. You can fetch them using Auto Tag, enabling checkbox for Remixer (available from Beatport & Beatsource only). Once processed they now contain the tag. then above will work. FYI: Those tracks that aren't remixes in the 1st place , and therefor, don't have the REMIXER tag, will end like "( Remix)", so make sure you move non-remixes out of the input folder.
