Exactly and seeing FSU 2014 and OSU 2015 underachieve the way they did shows how special teams can't be replicated. Two who had more talent than anybody by a wide margin and still lost.

Can't appreciate 2014 and being the #4 team in America and #1 in ACC; because of how shitty fan culture has devolved into: It is insane; you guys can't appreciate anything; if you aren't Alabama if your coach isn't Saban; EVERY SEASON SUCKS. How the fuck does anybody get any enjoyment from watching football outside of New England; Alabama? People used to Appreciate GOOD seasons, in NFL and CFB; beating rivals while winning the conference/division made the whole season memorable. Now it's all Trolling; you SSSUUUCK, WE SUCK. With Alabama taking all the 5 star talent in America; playing on a whole other level; you'd THINK the rest of America would put more emphasis on winning conferences and individual rivalries,
THIS is why NFL Ratings are Declining: (AND CFB, MLB, NBA but nobody talks about that because no Anthem Protests) If your team isn't Patriots or looks like they can beat the Patriots; we suck, why bother wasting my time watching games? In 2018 Chiefs and Rams are the most exciting teams, but L.A. Doesn't care; Kansas City is small market...so where are the ratings coming from? Cowboys, Steelers, Giants, Packers, teams with huge viewerships don't look like they can win a Playoff game right now. SO: Millions of TV Sets are being abandoned on Sundays. But lets pretend Anthem Boycotts are killing the NFL, and not our own disgusting culture; we now shame the other 7 teams in 8 team Little Leagues for Participation Trophies that are at least as old a tradition as the 1970's judging from my father's closet.
I called it in the first game. Somehow I knew we were gonna win it all that year. There was something different that year. It just looked like the old days. Loved that season. We were SO good lol, I hope we can get back to that level of play soon!

I love how Florida,Texas, and California has the best popwarner football players in the country. Most of the came from popwarner in Florida and were the best in USA just like my team

@@gregchristopher4308 Thank you for the info! It seems greed was a huge factor in FSU brass's decision-making then. The logo change right after the season was a pure cash grab, too. Instead of making things good, they "seize the moment" and rush things to capitalize financially (off a championship season). Now in 2024 they're finally upgrading the seats at Doak, but it's really sad how little regard they have for the average FSU fan that loves the team but isn't a rich booster.
The work ethic and disciple that got FSU to a championship had completely fizzled out by 2017. When Francois got hurt it set in motion a chain of events that are still happening to this day. That was only four years ago!!! It feels like a decade has gone by. Fisher had a good thing going but he wanted to make every decision concerning FSU. The administration gave him everything he asked for but by the end FSU was so bad academically that it hurt Willie Taggart's ability to coach and recruit. Also, I dont think the FSU players respected Taggart and his coaches, especially in 2018. Its why the 2013 team actually was the beginning of the end. It was an exclamation point for the team to win but all the positives were frittered away in four years. Good luck to Mike Norvell in 2021 because he can finally start to coach and rebuild the culture and the talent base. I think they go 7-5 this year, which would be the first step in the right direction in about 5 years.

Coach vic (s n c ) played a big part he seemed to get the players so hype during games at kick off he was jumping up n down 3rd downs ect. Wish we would've stayed away from showtime
wow amazing documentary, just so many leaders on the team and of course lead by jimbo and company, upset that he left but pissed how he left and how he didn't push his team harder every year and he slacked off with the OL not developing the players right, having disagreements with ur own coaches on what players to recruit and not to recruit, being upset with the media and then blocking out everyone from watching practices. and just slowly slacking on accountability, and responsibility. and not that much discipline. then we started going down hill with after Winston left. focusing on being elite on the field and in the classroom just players didn't have that discipline and stuff that much from 2015 to 2017 when he left. but then you get honestly with my opinion the happy and expecting but sad FSU dark days with Willie taggart. Long story short just a friendly coach that was a friend to the players and not hard on them if they messed up, no accountability, no discipline, and no leadership from players and more sadly nither from the coaches like willie, expect odell and ron dugans they are leaders as coaches. but just seeing VT kill us on national tv and seeing them mock the beloved warchant, seeing miami do that, seeing NC state do that, seeing UF do that and seeing them try to plant the flag on our own logo. SMH, ive been a fan since 2004 and became a die hard in 2008, it hurts bad really bad to see the beloved and once feared Warchant mocked and laughed at. it fuckin hurts. But david coburn had to make a chance after that miami loss and we fired Willie. we did a search and we found Mike Norvell. a proven winner, a winning coaching record, young minded coach that is so passionate about the game. A coach that had to replace i think 25 coaches in 4 years. 4 YEARS!!!!! 25!!!! thats crazy, but he spotted other rising coaches that have the same mindset as he does and wants the same as he does, to coach and to teach our kids to be successful in the classroom, on and off the field and we play discipline hard nosed football, good tough attitude, physical and mentally tough and most important play as a family. Odell says it and the legendary bobby bowden said that too. Of course we will have to get wins on the field but with this coaching staff and having every coach wanting to teach and get these kids back to being the best everyday, get 1% better, we can definitely get back to being that elite FSU team again. have the attitude to play as a family as a unit its a botherhood. become the best, elite, the Standard at FSU is excellence. what norvell said that was really good and meaningful is alot of players want to be the best but how are you going to separate yourself from others but still play as a family, every player has good special God given abilities that the coaches will give you the opportunity to be unique and special. Prove it in the classroom in practice and in the game. with Norvell and company i believe we will get back to playing at the Elite level day in and day out cause we will have the dicipline and toughness to get through and finish. Make the Warchant feared again, FEAR THE FUCKIN SPEAR. its FSU all day everyday. Go Noles
