It's incredibly simple and effective.
Ask your clients what energizes them and what drains them. Get them to list people, places, things, and habits that either boost their energy or deplete it.
Then, week by week, help them remove the drains from their life.
When the drains are gone, their vision expands, possibilities grow, and they achieve so much more with ease.
