It breaks my heart when Brooke looks at their old pictures and then closes the album...it's hard to accept that something you've been holding onto it's over and that you have to move on.
She seemed over him and him her until season 4. She was invested in Jake and he with Brooke. It didn’t have the same flow as s1 but glad they ended up anyways

@@antidelusionalpeeps I mean I still like them but personally I would’ve loved them a lot more if they got together in the first season where they had so much chemistry. Here that chemistry turned into friendship and I think him and Brooke flowed better as it was the relationship that was built up. Stupid writing
@@KoolKukumber actually s1 was more physical than emotional because they just started knowing each other. But over the seasons their friendship just confirmed who they thought they each were which only made them fall in love the other
@@Dakshinkarthik-DK I disagree, I think they had more of a emotional connection in season 1, but after they became friends, like good friends and he got into a serious relationship with her best friend Brooke, the possibility of them just seemed very depleted an innapropiate. They always seemed just friends to me after that, and not even very good friends at that, and it came out of the blue when they got together, at least in my opinion. I think the writers of the show admitted to switching things up and that Peyton and Lucas only ended together because of what happened between them in real life.
Leyton was the best! He didn't belong with Brooke from the start. Their relationship always seemed so forced. Peyton belongs with Lucas there's no denying their love or chemistry.
@@Kiu2672 I’m not denial tho I just don’t see that they were starcrossed lovers maybe in season one I definitely I could see that , but season 2-3 and lil bit of 4 I felt Lucas loved Brooke more , I’m definitely a huge fan of star crossed lovers but Leyton didn’t give me those vibes .
Lucas doesn't know what he wants. He loves Peyton in season 1, but has fun with Brooke. Than he dates around and in season 3 he tells Brooke she's the one. I don't know, but Nathan was the bad guy but changed after he meet Hailey. Lucas broke so many hearts. I love him with Peyton, thats not the point but the way he treated Brooke. He destroyed the friendship beetween the 2 girls. After all these years, I still love oth but its also very toxic in many ways.
They weren't together at the time it was just a date and he did just say that they both realized they weren't meant to be so it was the perfect time for peyton to say how she felt cuz they're perfect for each other lucas just didn't know it yet!
You really didn't watch the episode Did you? Lucas clearly said he and Brooke were done I liked Brooke but she really didn't have that connection with Lucas to be end game
They weren’t best friends anymore because she loves him. Really disliked peyton because of this, like she had her chance many times and Brooke gave her every opportunity to consider if she liked Lucas, Peyton always said no. Even after the school shooting when peyton knew she liked Lucas, she kissed him, Brooke was about to break up with him because she thought Lucas and peyton liked eachother, and peyton told her not to and that she was being crazy! When Brooke finally let’s her guard down and is finally happy peyton always comes to snatch him up. Such a terrible friend. It happens once ok fine, but Brooke gave a million opportunities and chances which peyton denied all of them, then it happens twice, so unacceptable. And peyton truly chooses Luke over Brooke in s4, she’s such a terrible friend that I literally cannot
@@KoolKukumber I agree...the second time around it wasn't brooke"s fault.it was Peyton"s fault.encouraging brooke to be with Lucas,then kissing Lucas and hiding from brooke,and then saying she loves Lucas to brooke.what did she expect that brooke will hug her knowing her feelings? Peyton should have kept her feelings to herself and kept a distance from lucas.but after brucas breakup she hooked herself to Lucas.knowing it will worsen brucas any chance of getting back.never liked Peyton...she was always selfish...

@Vasilina16 Agreed Brucas broke my heart everytime and gave me butterflies at every scene. Leyton were always so brother and sister to me :( And Peyton had that constant victim thing about her that annoys me when Brooke is such a fighter. But I love that song. It's just insane to see how huge the brucas fanbase has always been when they always tried to make it so that everyone would be rooting for lucas and peyton. I don't think they knew just how big the brucas chemistry was gonna be.

@@Sweets0727 so not true. I agree peyton and Lucas were definetly not like sibilings but don’t underplay brucas either. Lucas completely forgot about Peyton because he had every opportunity to have her in s2 but instead he went after and pursued Brooke, who took longer and more work because of her trust issues with him about how she hurt her the first time. And they equally liked eachother when they got back together, not like in s1 when Lucas obviously liked peyton more and they did cheat so... Peyton and Lucas had amazing chemistry in s1 though but they just threw it away out of the blue, maybe it was because Sophia and Chad got married, maybe not, but it was completely ignored for years until they randomly made peyton like Lucas again, and even then it took some coddling for Lucas to finally accept that he liked her too. I mean it was Brooke that had to finally push him to her which really says something I think. Peyton was never in the back of lucas’s head just like he was never in the back of hers. I appreciate the fact that you’re a leyton fan but you’re saying anything to make you’re shitty ass couple look good too, don’t just make stuff up and imagine the feelings these characters had when there’s no indication they ever felt that way at all. Their feelings legit came out of nowhere and they were both deeply invested in other relationships for several seasons, like they were not pining or longing for eachother AT ALL

@@KoolKukumber oh my God sometimes I wonder if we even saw the same show. First of all in season two Lucas tried to mend fences with both Peyton and Brooke Peyton just wanted to be friends. Because Of Brooke Peyton was depressed and lonely started doing drugs she went off on him. So he called Jake. Brooke and the whole Félix thing. Lucas tried to tell her she’s better than that encourage her to run for class president. And that’s where the hole I’m a guy for you Brooke Davis came from. But fast forward to the season finale Lucas tells Brooke he wants to be with her. In Finz Peyton on the Beach says it looks like it’s just you and me this summer. And the journey begins. And it really doesn’t matter what happened behind the scenes if it really affected any storylines. Because in the end the story line had enough wiggle room to go the way it ended up the journey was just beginning. I I suggest a rewatch all seasons one through four straight through and if you still agree with your original assessment then that that. What do you sell The journey is the designation
