ALL the girls are written so petty and desperate for validation this season. I remember watching S7 in real time and convinced it was going to get cancelled.

like Julian shouldn't have told Alex because that's not just Brooke's personal business, but also their own personal business since they are fully committed couple wanting to spend the rest of their lives together. but Julian had no ill intent when he said that, he doesn't have friends and he needed to talk to someone and he chose Alex because they had a friendship that was growing. it's one of those things where it's like "damn. that happened." you sincerely apologize and you hold a bit of regret but you the initial action taken wasn't in bad faith to anyone. plus it's much worse because of Brooke's own insecurities - another reason why i hate this storyline so much. Hilarie went THROUGH THE TRENCHES because he who shall not be named resented her, but to do Brooke like this in season 7 was dirty too. so awful

I don't know why they wrote Alex so pathetic with Julian. A crush at first/being manipulative, okay fine, that's interesting enough for a starting storyline but they just kept it going and going.. Millicent was so horrible this episode. This show just really enjoyed dragging all the women down huh??? Too much crying from Brooke this season for me, poor decision on the writers. I understand her side completely, but it just isn't fun to watch.
