Very nice, but if I may offer some constructive crit., try to cut out any stammers or repeats in your lines. Recording the same line for multiple takes and picking and choosing the best ones is a common technique used by pros. Look forward to seeing where this channel goes from here.
@@MrTryHardC My theory is that his complaint was legitimate. Even though they were traveling in space, Astrotrain had to generate and maintain both a gravitational field so that they were not free-floating inside his hull as well as some sort of life-support system. Then again, it would not surprise me to learn that Astrotrain may have conspired with Starscream well beforehand.
To think starscream could've avoided this if he just shot megatron before disposing of the body. Preferably on earth or cybertron either way if he isn't drifting through space somehow in unicron's vicinity he star scream gets maybe another 30 seconds of leadership assuming someone else doesn't kill him for being a known traitor.
If Unicron reformatted a dead Megatron, Then Galvatron would've had no free will. He wouldn't have come for the Decepticons. I wonder what Screamer would have done as leader against Unicron and Magnus.
@@MrTryHardC an interesting "What if..." type scenario! Surely that could be better than that official alternate story that was published by IDW Comics a few years ago.
I'd love to see your take on Transformers: Cybertron Starscream. I remember him being very in keeping with the original character. They even kept the same crown design.
Can’t forget that galvatron is voiced by Lenard freaking nimoy, spock himself. I’m not much of a critic but this is great! All it would need is maybe a few retakes for the studders and it’s absolutely perfect!
There was one comic that IDW made in regards to the return of Megatron. It was a story about Megatron returning after a catastrophic defeat that left him in a critical state for 3 years. During this time, Starscream took control of the Decepticons, and pretty much ran them into the ground. Through possessing the Autobot's Matrix of Leadership, Starscream believed himself to be the perfect leader, however, this grand illusion fell apart when he realized no one would listen to him. No one respected him. Those 3 years were hell for the Decepticons, it got to a point where the remaining Decepticons began to cannibalize one another in order to survive. Once Megatron had returned in a new body, and seeing the state of what had become of his Decepticons, he knew exactly who to blame. Starscream. He sought him out, ready to lay into him with the fury of a megaton bomb. However, when he found him, he was a complete, and total wreck emotionally. All he had ever wanted was ruined because no one wanted to take orders from the treacherous Starscream. Starscream had hoped Megatron would just up and kill him because he knew he had messed up something fierce, but Megatron drew out his torment, bringing up all of Starscream's failures as a ruler, resulting in an all-out galactic brawl between the two of them through an asteroid field! Megatron could have easily destroyed Starscream in this new form, but he chose not to, due to a number of variables. One being the fact that he keeps him around as a reminder should he fall again, Starscream would take his throne, and run the Decepticons into the dirt. This scene is great too, don't get me wrong, but that IDW comic is what made me like Transformers, let alone Megatron himself.
To answer your Astrotrain in space question. Mass is important because of two major factors affecting how things move in space: inertia and gravity. The more mass something has, the more of both it experiences. That is why heavy things (things with a lot of mass) are hard to move. When an object is sitting still, it resists moving, and the more mass it has the more it resists. The amount of thrust needed to move something and how fast it ends up moving are both directly tied to its mass. On the other hand, once something massive starts moving, it is very hard to stop. This is also due to the relationship between mass and inertia.
Great video, indeed that was an amazing villanous scen, I'm not a transformers fan, but from your contect I can totally see how that was impactfull to the story!
@@lorekeeper685 Well, yeah, you're right. There is some minuscule amount of gravity in space that is caused by everything in existence. But it's so weak due to the distance and is sometimes counteracted by the gravity of something else. So, it's really just close to no gravity but more than zero.
I like how it shows that Galvatron is different from Megatron. Any patronising amusement he got from Starscream’s impotent backstabbing is gone, replaced with pure malice
@@MrTryHardC Here's a hint! *blast* Don't know what is worse/best/defining...that we can do this after 35 years...without watching the clip, or that it is still engrained in our memories.
How old is the host of this channel? I was barely old enough to remember the original (and best) Transformers movie, and this person sounds younger than 20. No judgement, just find it intriguing if this is someone very young discussing a series older than them.
It matters very little which Decepticon became which of Galvatron's lieutenants... because they were dead! Only Megatron still functioned enough to be able to converse and haggle with Unicron. Galvatron exhibited faint memories and personality remnants of Megatron in the movie. Neither Cyclonus nor Scourge showcased any semblance of their past selves. That being said, if the body of Thundercracker can and has been officially recognized as having been reformatted by Unicron into Scourge, then the same goes for Bombshell becoming Cyclonus. Both characters were in the foregrounds of their respective transformational scenes. Whereas Scourge and the Sweeps that were created from the bodies of Shrapnel and Kickback retained a constant presence in the film and the ensuing third season of the cartoon... the second Cyclonus figure (fan-named as "Armada") made from the body of Skywarp appeared and then disappeared never to be seen or spoken of again.
@@MrTryHardC if you pause the movie at just the right moment and/or can do a really good frame-by-frame viewing... you will see that as soon as Unicron turned his attention to the other Decepticons and locked them in his green glow grip... Thundercracker's body goes from blue to gray! That, combined with the fact that none of the other characters had any reaction to being hook-line-and-sinker by Unicron and how no had anything whatsoever to say... yeah, they were dome dead mechanisms. My million-dollar question is: Where did Unicron get the body parts compatible with Cybertronian life-forms and how did he give those parts new life!?!
I have to admit when I when I saw the later seasons of the OG Transformers on Boom I have to Agree while I missed Optimous, Galvatron is basicly a more serias threat than Megatron himself. Basicly he felt like the son of the last villian who is much more determined to suceed his father's goals. Which makes since of what an Avatar would feel like too. And no when I say Avatar I don't mean wielder of all 4 Elements. TLAB realy has confused people on what an Avatar is. I get the Avatar in that show is the wielder of all 4 Elements but that's only because he's born in a cycle and reborn in each Element based Nation. An Avatar is by definition the Recarnation of a Powerful being sometimes that being is even some kind of god. Galvattron is the Avatar of Megatron kind of like how Link, Zelda and Ganon are constantly reincarnated themselves, with some form of power or magic backing them up.
