Writing this to possibly help anyone who is struggling with the same thing. My husband and I have been discussing "the betrayal" that took place and I think we do need to discuss it so that we can continue to work through it, however we have been speaking on the matter and the people with anger. I realized today that we need to change the the vibration of the energy we use to speak on it. To speak on it with love, compassion and understanding. Because although the betrayal was very bitter it was absolutely the best thing that could have happened and needed to happen to release us. Hope this makes sense and helps some people. This should be obvious I know but sometimes we just need that firm and realistic reminder to always speak on our past and the people involved with love otherwise you will could lose yourself in the anger.
