The show is about 6 kids from different backgrounds who all live together under the same roof, with their foster parents. video credited to timmbbo / timmbbo
My family and I went to see a live taping in L.A. back in 1999. I knew the whole theme song by heart already and I was the only one in my family that actually watched the show. Between one of the tapings, I got called out of the audience with a few other people to do the Y.M.C.A. dance. Alisa Reyes told my mom I was a good dancer. Totally out of my character especially how shy I was in school back then but it was a spur of the moment reaction. Plus I was always a huge fan of All That. Great times. F.Y.I. Alisa Reyes was the only one out of the cast who payed my disabled sister, God rest her soul, any attention.
sorry to hear about your sis, but I wouldn't assume the rest of the cast not doing so means they have an issue with disabled people, they might just feel awkward around them and be terrified of being accidentally insensitive and saying the wrong thing, I know I'm like that around disabled people, I just don't want to come off as patronizing.
@@jadedheartsz Thanks. I don't know. I mean a taste of Hollywood can give people the big head. The next to younger guy on the show, I forget his name but I know he had an identical twin in real life, he came over to my sister also after Alisa did. Anyways, I'm over it now. I'm sure Alisa herself doesn't even remember that moment but my family does because it happened at a time that meant the most. I'm actually glad Alisa showed love. I was a big All That fan at the time. Still am. Everyone else on that show were new faces to me. I mainly watched the show because of Alisa. Too bad it canceled. I actually liked the show.
@@candyforeman6053 I was in my pre-teen or teenage years when I remember watching this around like age 13 going on 14 in year 1998. And I remember actress Alisha Reyes from comedy skit show All That a few years prior. As well as I remember the actor Brandon Baker who was in several television series and movies in the late 1990s. And lastly the clothes and brands.
+David Sukenick Teen Show, not Kids Show. The only reason it's on Saturday morning is because it would not work on prime time! Of course it did not work on Saturday morning either.
On hang time season 1 in episode of Chris & marybeth breaking up a cuss word slip & city guys season 3 in episode they were doing marriage assessment a cuss word slip on that episode too
Ahhhh Downtown Miami skyline before all those tall buildings.!! Before the American airlines arena was around in 1998-1999. The AAA was built in December 1999
3:11 we don’t want normal kids, we want to help the worst kids we can find. It takes strength, courage and discipline to do that. We need more foster parents like them.
Damn, I wish I could live in that house with a bunch of females that’s what’s up one world classic 90s TV show. This should’ve came out on DVD long time ago.
Does anyone remember when show that use to come on USA that was like Saved By the Bell, but about young adults in College? (Not SBTB The College Years)
This is like California dreams meets city guys never heard of this show Interesting to know it's the same production that did hang time, California dreams and city guys which were great shows but this show is Hiliarous but predictable 👻
I do not like Jane and i understand why some people will sympathize with her but her way of doing things especially when the rest of the siblings were watching something she took it upon herself to switch the channel knowing that they were watching something and than she gets upset when the rest of siblings tell her that they do not like her like ms ma`am they tried talking to you about hobbies and stuff like that and you turned them down and i understand that it was new environment for her to get use to but the siblings were making a effort to get to know her and she did not even try to do so with them. so when she ran away i did not feel bad at all whats so ever.
The first time you are in a relationship and your relationship is not true for me as well so 🤷 🙂 😌 🙃 you have a good life in your home life insurance plan you have a great idea for your life insurance policy plan is a great way for your family and end of avril
Sui and Marci would have been legally adopted in a heartbeat at very young ages and never would be living in a group home. I've never seen an Asian foster child at all, nor a Latina foster child as normal and attractive as Marci. Jane was the only one that looked and acted like any foster kids I've seen. This show was an embarrassment who ever produced it. The scripts sound like they were written up in a couple hours a day or two before the tapings. Yes, I did tune in to this dumb show - to see Michelle Kruseic and Alisa Reyes (Sui and Marci) ! Michelle especially in her sports bras.
no it wasn't lying nazi troll, it was a damn good show, and you'd be surprised at some of the kids that never get adopted. Your lame-ass post is the only thing that's an embarrassment here.
