Sorry I haven’t followed your weight loss journey… but I did notice that you look very youthful in the recent videos I’ve seen. Makes sense and whatever it takes for our health. As I’m getting older, Im more mindful of what I eat and when to eat (especially before work which I would skip) & how it affects my energy throughout the day.
